The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! New owners have recently remodeled this beachfront condo in coastal farmhouse style. It ncludes updated kitchen and bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a beach storage closet, antimicrobial mattress toppers on all beds, an upgraded 50-gallon water heater, and three smart TVs with Disney+ and Hulu.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic View

This Unit offers a beautiful view with spacious rooms. Some minor improvements needs to be made with the cleanliness but with the replacement of items in the unit, it would be perfect. I’m looking to book my next stay.

Great family vacation spot

Quick walk to the beach, great sunset views from the room, gym and sauna on 22nd floor was quiet and clean. kiddie pool was great for our son. Also has a regular pool that is 3ft - 7ft deep. No lifeguard at pools which was fine by us. Would definitely come back.

Overall, we had a very nice time with our family. Like I said it’s a beautiful unit. They just really need to replace the cloth, couch, and loveseat.

Perfect condo! Less than perfect building.

Loved the condo! Woke up to the most amazing sunrises from bed, perfect amount of space for 2 adults & 3 adult sized teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels & even a few toiletries. Beds were comfy, plenty of blankets & pillows. Great experience with the condo and would highly recommend.

Nice unit and modern

The unit is updated . Bedroom furniture is nice as well as kitchen. Biggest issue was plumbing problems that needed to be fixed in both bathrooms. Also very disappointed with the non cleanliness of the floors, countertops and balcony. Screen door in master was off track and wouldn’t open.

Cozy, Clean and Modern

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean... color scheme is warm and welcoming... We had a little hiccup with master bedroom shower head, it was broken, not noticeable unless you turned the handheld on. Rain shower head was fine... Called Vacasa Management. Brand new shower head installed that afternoon... Beds were comfortable... View of the ocean throughout master bedroom and living room was amazing. Wifi was not so great, so we used mobile data mostly. Balcony furniture comfy and location is nice... kitchen amenities were new and nice... We would definitely rent thete again.

Some changes need to be made

Room was nice and clean, the wife was very happy with it a couple of things would like to see different, there was no lock on master bedroom door, also master bath toilet needs to be secure it was loose, also we arrive 1&1/2 hours early and there was not a courtesy parking spot we could use till our two pm check in and on the day we left also no spots we could use to enjoy the day we had to park across the main highway and cross back over, we stay after Labor Day the place was not full for seniors like my self two months shy of 70 I think there is arrangements that could be made

Dirty no wifi

So we check in late around 11. The whole floors were dirty. Papers left from previous renters. Bathroom dirty. Lifted carpet and it was dirty. Next day the cleaning lady was only going to swifter sweep. So I told her she must vacuum. The. She swifter sweep. No good. Wifi never work. They told us to connect to the buildings wifi. Couldn’t get the tv work for movie night any of the 4 days I was there terrible do not stay here

Really excellent unit

What seems to have been a fairly recent remodel has left this unit in awesome shape. The decor is tastful and beachy and the appliances and kitchen items are very nice. Comfy beds and great views rounded out and very nice stay.

Spacious and clean condo

Loved the layout and cleanliness of this condo. Beds were very comfortable and we plan on renting this condo again. The only disappointment was the washer and dryer. The washer consistently gave us fits and would lock our clothes in it, but overall this was an excellent condo.
