Great location! The condo was good, pool and beach were great. Hot water heater quit working and did not get resolved during our stay, but we were compensated. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

My trip was ruined because the air conditioning wouldn't go any lower than 73. I had to contact Vacasa 2x before they sent someone out. A lady named Michelle came and she turned off the ac completely in case it was frozen and we turned it back on 4 hours later even though she said we could at 2 hours. She told us to contact her if it didn't fix it but when I texted her she ignored it both times I reached out. She also said that the owner was adjusting the thermostat remotely and that was why the numbers would keep changing.

Great Gulf Shores Vacation Spot

Beautifully decorated oceanfront condo; unit is well maintained, comfortable and very clean. Checkin and checkout information received in timely manner and very clear. Location is excellent.

A good stay at the beach

Jodi's place is very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was included and we enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. Convenient to many restaurants and market across the street. Thanks for an enjoyable week at the beach.

Babymoon vacation

We love the location of this condo. We have stayed at many condos within Boardwalk and it’s the perfect location to walk or drive to numerous restaurants and shops. This condo was on the 2nd floor which was nice and a short walk or ride up the elevator. The condo itself definitely could use some love in the bathrooms, but for the most part pretty clean.

We had a great time. This unit is nice. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs attention. And there were plumbing issues. We did not let that ruin our trip. We would stay there again.

WiFi and AC work great so bring throw blankets if you chill easily as none were provided. Bathrooms could use a deep clean and some updates, but overall this property was excellent. Close to everything, short walk from room to beach, clean pool. Not a huge property so not overcrowded even when full. Wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean.

Clean and Comfy

Property was very clean and comfortable. Had a minor problem with sugar ants in the kitchen, but exterminators came in on day three of our stay and took care of the issue. We were able to park close to the entrance, and had easy access to our condo on the 2nd floor. The best feature was the amazing view of the gulf; we never tired of that! Overall, a very good stay.

We loved the view, and convenience of where it was located. Staff was very helpful. We would come again. It does need a deep cleaning, dishwasher doesn’t work and they need to put a blind to the door in the living room leading out to the deck for privacy. Sheets on the bed also do not fit correctly.
