Perfect location!

This condo is located in the heart of all of the action, but it was also one of the least crowded areas of beachfront! It was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay!

The view and proximity to town are great. The communication with the rental service was fine. The condo was awful. I will preface and say we have small children so our vacations look different and we utilize the condo different but my goodness this condo was awful. It was so filthy. Just walking around the first ten minutes our feet were black and we were sliding on the floors because of the filth. We honestly didn’t let our infant get down at all. After contacting the rental service they said they could send their cleaning service out to deep clean but I opted for 50 to go buy the supplies myself and clean and I’m glad I did. It was so dirty. The condo needs maintenance. There are outlets coming out the wall, the faucets in the tub are barely attached, the door to the master does not latch, the door to the patio isn’t secure, the vent tubing to the dryer is duct tapped and literally falling apart, the washer drum is not balanced so when you do laundry it shakes across the floor and if you’re not careful it almost pulls out of the wall, the cabinet doors are hanging because the hinges are broken, there was glass on the patio and my husband got a splinter from it, the closet door is off the track and broken so it’s not useable, the closet was also full so no storage. Honestly did not enjoy my vacation at all and I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m so unhappy with our stay.

My best friends birthday trip was a success!! Came down for a weekend getaway to celebrate our best friend turning 60. Condo was amazing. Beach was fantastic. We had a wonderful time.

Spring break

Rented for spring break with my family. Great location. Excellent access to beach and has a great pool. Location is walking distance to town as well. Condo is nicely updated and very well equipped with everything you need.

Nice place....but

The condo was nice but could have been cleaner. We found soap scum in the guest bathroom, a little comet in the kitchen sink would have shined it up and removed food particles. The worst thing was the guest bedroom. The owner should REALLY get a proper bedframe. It is on lifts that move and the bed falls over causing you to sleep at an angle. The property management came and fixed it once, but it just happened almost immediately again. The condo security was great and kept up on unsupervised teens. It was quiet for the most part and close to shops and restuarants.
