Such a beautiful view and location!! Stefan was a superb host— helped us get the fire going on first day (was quite chilly without it!) and was so gracious in shifting our dates due to a cancelled flight Great base from which to explore hiking on the eastern side of the island

Good place with a great view

Although we would have liked the bigger room with a bigger bed, the rental was great. The fireplace, the magnificent view and the welcome package were greatly appreciated.

Outstanding accommodation, view and host

Bella Vista was an amazing place to stay; In terms of presentation, its location and the views it affords; it really is more than special. Stefan made us very welcome and ensured that our stay was super. There was even a care package for us when we arrived with locally produced goods. If you ever come to Sau Miguel, I would thoroughly recommend staying with Stefan in Nordeste. A small slice of heaven.

Quiet and Peaceful

An exemplary property in a very quite part of the island. The most beautiful view from the patio of the ocean and village below. We thoroughly enjoyed the sites and the village of Nordeste. Stefan is a first class and gracious host, we had a nice sampling of food produced on the island upon or arrival. The hot tub was a welcome treat when we came back from a day of site seeing. Highly recommend!

Hiking HQ

We stayed here for four weeks May 2023. Excellent location for hiking trails and sightseeing. Don't miss turning left from the property and walking downhill to the delightful village of Pedreira and the municipal trail to Lombo Gordo beach. The local store a must see. This property is exactly as advertised. Ideal for two adults or small family. The owners live nearby and are very helpful. We recommend. . .

Serenity in a Box

If you're thinking of staying in this region, this is really the place. It's easy to get to town for a stroll or something to eat (7arcos was friendly and not fussy) -- or a quick jaunt down the hill to the smaller town -- but also so rewarding if you just sit on the terrace and enjoy the views. It's like it just provides all the benefits of meditation without any of the discipline! Stargazers welcome.

We loved staying at beautiful Casa Bella vista. It is the perfect blend of new and traditional styles. Our hosts seemed to have thought of everything we could need and provided a lovely array of food for us upon arrival. We loved having breakfast outside on the patio. The provided umbrella kept it from being too hot in the sun. The bed was a bit too hard for me but I got used to it after a day and it would not prevent me from returning to this beautiful house. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful!

What a great spot! The pictures are amazing but really don't do it justice. It is way bigger than we thought. The deck is absolutely HUGE! The view alone is a reason the book this property - the hot tub is a big treat as well. We were greeted with welcome gifts with all products made right in the Açores. There is a book in the house that you must see. It shows the once ruin that is now this amazing property. They really put in some elbow grease into the restoration. We were very unlucky with the weather but watching the lighting storm over the water at night was breathtaking. It is very quite and peaceful. All you can hear are the countless birds as well as goats and roosters. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. Amazing. Highly reccomended.

Dieses Haus ist richtig schön, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Begrüßt wurden wir mit allem, was man für die ersten zwei Tage benötigt, Von Kaffee über Brot und Butter bis hin zu Nudeln und Soße, das fanden wir bemerkenswert. Unser Gastgeber war bei allen Fragen sehr hilfreich und gab uns gerne Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele. Wir haben die große Terrasse und die Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer genossen, Sauna war separat zu buchen, haben wir aber nicht genutzt, denn es war viel zu warm dafür. Aus dem gleichen Grund haben wir den Kaminofen auch nicht angemacht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber .

Wir hatten dieses wunderschöne Haus mit großen Garten, grosser Terrasse und freier Sicht auf das Meer für 14 Tage gebucht.Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Eine kurze Nachricht an die sehr freundlichen Vermieter und sie melden sich sofort zurück oder kommen persönlich vorbei.Das Haus haben wir picobello sauber angetroffen. Für uns war es bis jetzt die beste Wohnung/Haus was wir bisher hatten. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Uns hat es tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt.Die Küche ist mit dem Notwendigstem ausgestattet. Es gab sogar einen kulinarischen Willkommensgruß mit Erzeugnissen der Azoren. Die Betten waren bequem. Es war alles blitzblank und gemütlich.Das Beste war aber der spektakuläre Ausblick von der Terrasse um z.B. den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten.

Ein Genuss

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus einfach nur genossen, es konnte eigentlich gar nicht besser sein. Wenn man morgens schon den tollen Sonnenaufgang genießen darf, dann mit Blick aufs Meer auf der wunderschönen Terrasse frühstücken kann, dann kann ein Tag nicht besser starten. Und wenn man sich nach einem Ausflugstag freut, wieder in die Wohnung zurückzukommen, dann ist das, weil man sich hier einfach rundum wohlfühlt. Die Insel ist einfach nur traumhaft schön, man kann so unglaublich viel sehen und unternehmen und dieses Haus rundet einen tollen, erlebnisreichen und trotzdem erholsamen Urlaub einfach ab - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Traumhaft

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an in dieses herrliche Haus verliebt. Es ist ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Es liegt im ruhigen Osten der Insel, trotzdem war es für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere zahlreichen Wanderungen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Maison dominant la mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. La vue sur la mer et les nuages qui passent est très reposante. Bien que cette maison se situe tout à l'Est de l'île, il est possible de partir de cette base pour visiter toute l'île car les routes sont de qualité et une route rapide traverse presque toute l'ile sur sa longueur. La location est parfaitement équipée pour y passer un moyen ou long séjour dans un cadre agréable et calme. Stéphan, le propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactif. A fortement recommander, location parfaite.

Aufenthalt mit Suchtpotential

Wenn du gar nicht mehr weg willst oder auf jeden Fall wiederkommen möchtest, dann war das der perfekte Aufenthalt! Bei perfekten Gastgebern (freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und dabei völlig unaufdringlich) in einer perfekten Unterkunft (neu, modern, super sauber, alles Nötige wie komplette Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Trockner… und Annehmliche wie Ofen samt Holz, Grill, Sonnenliegen, Whirlpoor-Badewanne… war vorhanden). In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du tolle Wandergebiete. Du wirst definitiv früh aus den Federn steigen, denn den traumhaften Sonnenaufgang, den du von der Terrasse aus genießen kannst, willst du dir keinen Morgen entgehen lassen.

Luxuriöse Casa Belavista mit atemberaubendem Ausblick

Traumhaus mit Wahnsinnsblick

Wir sind mit großen Erwartungen nach San Miguel geflogen.Das Haus sah auf den Fotos schon interessant aus.Was wir dann vorfanden,hat unsere Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches übertroffen.Die Kommunikation vor dem Abflug,der liebevolle Empfang, einschließlich der von der Insel stammenden Produkte und die Hilfsbereitschaft bei Fragen aller Art waren wunderbar.Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch,es ist alles da,was man benötigt,dazu der Blick auf das Tal und dem Atlantik.Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub und wir haben jeden Moment genossen.Ein großes Dankeschön an unsere liebenswerten Gastgeber. Wonderful stay in Nordeste

We had such a great time staying at Stefan’s house. The house is beautiful and clean, the views are amazing, and there are so many nice extras like the jacuzzi tub, wood stove, and outdoor grill. The area is quiet and beautiful, and the town is very friendly. Stefan was a very accommodating and helpful host. I would definitely recommend this house for staying in the Nordeste area.

Bella Vista

Der perfekte Ort für Naturliebhaber und Individualisten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und stehen zuverlässig zur Seite, wenn man Fragen haben sollte oder einen Tipp zur Umgebung braucht. Das freundliche Haus bietet einen phantastischen Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
