The apartment is located in the residence of the owner. In the apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. On the plot, there is another holiday home with three Holiday accommodations and a holiday home for sole use. Quiet location near the aft water - on peninsula Gnitz - in Lütow. At the nearby campsite (about 10 minutes), there is a bike hire and restaurants and a small shop. In the resort about 300 meters there is a restaurant and about 800 meters a swimming area on the backwaters. Until the resort Zinnowitz and the beach is about 7 km.

The apartment (50 m²) is located on the ground floor of the house. The apartment has a separate kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and coffee machine, small dining table with 2 chairs. The living room has a couch-sitting and Fat TV. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. The second smaller bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a shower / WC. The Non smoking rental is equipped with carpeted floors. A seating area is located in the garden. Pets are not allowed. The initial bed linen is included. Please bring your own towels. A parking space is free on the property. A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. In the resorts there Kurtaxpflicht.
Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departure from 06:00 to 10:00.
