Excellent family unit

The condo was a great Fall Break spot for our family of five! There was plenty of seating in the unit to keep us comfortable, and the host provided tons of tips and recommendations for the area. There isn’t an ocean view, but the trade off is that it’s only steps to the beach access and pickle ball/mini-golf: no elevator rides required.

As advertised, great option for a family

This was our second time at the resort but first time staying in the tides. Happy we decided to book this option. The condo was clean and all of the appliances were up to date. Lisa was great to deal with. She was very responsive and accessible.

Family Vacation

My family and I visited Destin area every year! Lisa's place was wonderful. She was great to work with and went out of her way to accommodate our arrival and departure schedules. The condo was clean, and very easy access to the beach and pool. The resort has changed its policy on canopy tents, which was a negative for us, but they do offer beach service for a fee and you can set you a personal umbrella. The condo was close to the grocery and shopping. The area was very safe, with a guarded entrance in and out of the property. The beach restaurant and bar were wonderful for drinks and snacks, but they do allow coolers but the pool if you prefer to bring your own. We would stay here again!

Great Getaway Location

Beach was not crowded at all. Nice unit, very close to the water. Owner has all things beach-related you might need-chairs, wagon, nets, etc. Very responsive owner.

Our favorite spot!

Once again, we had an incredible stay in Miramar Beach. The property was perfect for our family and had plenty to do right on site. I love the quick access to the beach as well as the downtown Destin being so close.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property last month. I hadn’t been to the Destin area in years but was pleased with the location as it was close to great shopping and restaurants. Our only flaw with the property was the balcony as the TV we were hoping to use wasn’t there. Owner was great to work with and answer any questions timely.

Family vacation stay

This apartment was amazing. The location was right on the beach so it made it easy for my wife and kids. The size of the apartment was perfect for us as it had everything that we needed. The communication between us and the owner was fast and easy. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay here and we will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Great for families

This property was perfect for my family vacation. The resort had a lot of extra activities and the live music by the pool was a fun bonus! The location is great being close to great restaurants, shopping and the Baytowne area. The property manager/owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Our family found this unit to be perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 teens. Convenient parking, pool and beach access with plenty of dining availability. Walk up yo lunch/bar at the pool was a bonus! The unit had everything we needed and plenty of room within the unit and on the balcony for us all to spread out when we weren't at the pool/beach. We had a perfect view for the specia Monday night fireworks show on the balcony. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and communicated very well before during and after our stay. We were a little disappointed that there was not a water view but everything else made it worth it. We will be back!

Beach weekend!

Stayed here for the weekend while making arrangements for my daughter’s upcoming beach wedding. Everything was beautiful and Lisa was so accommodating!! We will definitely be coming back!
