Enjoy the spectacular turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico through a wall of glass doors that open to an enormous 400 sq. ft. balcony from our Tides #1211 condo! The breathtaking 180° views from the oversized balcony allow you to sit back and watch the stunning sunset over the Gulf while enjoying your favorite beverage. There is also a panoramic view of the area including the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay.

This updated condo has fine furnishings in a comfortable setting with flat-screen TVs throughout. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Condo has a washer/dryer, secure WIFI connection along with a Smart DVD Player and Cable TV.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and large flat-screen TV. The master bath has a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen bunk bed with an XL Twin on top and pull-out trundle for additional sleeping space and flat-screen TV.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the soft white powdery sand and clear emerald-green waters just steps away from the condo. Our beach was voted the #1 Best Beach in the nation by Southern Living magazine! Seasonal daily chair rentals are offered along the resort's 600 ft. of private beach. Relax by either of the two beachfront pools or enjoy your favorite beverage from the Tiki Bar or lunch at the Blue Dunes Grille.

The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a private gated community offering special amenities such as a sun deck and gas grills. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. Its great location puts it close to Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, with tons of shopping and top-rated restaurants and the nation's largest outlet complex, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

The location of this property was phenomenal. The beach was less busy than the touristy parts in Destin. The water was crystal clear during our stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The large balcony was a nice addition.

A lovely beach experience!

We loved the condo, the pools & location right on the beach! It was large and spacious for our family of 5. The view was beautiful on the large balcony. The condo had all we needed for the week. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay!

Our family has been staying at Tops’l for years and this time was one of our best stays! The owner has been easy to communicate with and so nice! We loved the condo as soon as we walked in and saw the view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay to make us feel at home. We enjoyed time in the condo, on the spacious balcony, the beach and had fun playing pickleball and putt putt. We will definitely stay here again!

Love this place

We really enjoyed this place. The proximity to the beach and local faire was exceptional. The only suggestion? Please double check things to be sure they work before renting the place out! TV in den- we never could get it to work. When you have a 2 year old it is critical to have something to keep them busy. And, the dishwasher, couldn't get it to work. Nothing we did. It just went on the fritz.

Finally first vaca since covid. Great condo

Awesome time. First time VRBO and condo. Beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Great view of gulf & Bay. Management came and corrected a couple minor items. Awesome job in communicating through the whole process and stay. Only comment would be monitor cleaning. Various areas needed dusting and watch cleaning the shower. Wife freaked with small clusters of hair on shower walls. But overall great place and vacation.

Fall break trip

Enjoyed our stay during fall break. The kids were excited about the bunk beds. We spent a lot of time reading on the balcony and ate breakfast and lunch out there most days. The beach items were also a hit with the kids.

We l’ve stayed in the Tides for the past 5 or so years. Most times it’s awesome. This time wasn’t bad but some things just seemed to be not at the highest level that we’ve grown custom to. The ceiling fan in the guest room was missing a blade. Some simple things like a wine opener we’re not part of the house owned utensils. The gate to the private pool was broken the basketball goal was gone, neither of the gas grills were working. Overall the vacation was good but could’ve been better

We enjoyed the area so much that we chose to have a second home there so we could relive the same family experience each year! We LOVE the beautiful ocean views from the condo.
