My Powder Run condominium has recently been remodeled. The well appointed interior has been updated with granite countertops and a gourmet kitchen. The condo is spacious with 1500 square feet of living space. I have a large, south-facing deck with a private hot tub and great views of Deer Valley's Olympic ski runs. Relax in the large great room around the beautiful stone wood and gas burning fireplace. Powder Run #B13 accommodates guests with two king master suites with jetted tubs and HD flat screen TVs in both bedrooms.

The condo is located in Building B about 50 yards from Snow Park Lodge at the Deer Valley Ski Resort.

This place is perfect place to stay on a ski vacation. The location is amazing, the condo has a spacious layout and includes everything you could possibly need. The owner and property manager reposed promptly and are extremely helpful. I hope the allow us to stay at this property again next year!

A great condo for deer Valley skiing! About a five minute walk to the main base of Deer Valley (closer than most of the parking lots for day skiers). DeAnna is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Long Weekend Ski Vacation

My two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful stay. This was a perfect location for a quick ski trip as it is walking distance to the lifts. The place is clean and roomy and the hot tub was a pleasure after a long day of skiing!

Great location to skiing and cozy place

This was a nice place to stay after a day of skiing. 5 minute walk to deer valley lodge and lift. Comfy beds and great water pressure. Could use more light but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect location

You can not beat this location if you’re skiing Deer Valley. Easy walk to lift and ski rental. The condo was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We will def be back.

Great Location

We had a wonderful family visit to Deer Valley and would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. The location cannot be beat as the walk to the lodge is shorter than many of the premium parking spots (we did it comfortably in ski boots) and the buses into town are easily accessible. The owner was very generous and helpful in dealing with some scheduling challenges which really helped us out and was much appreciated..

Lovely property right on the mountain

Fantastic place to stay for DV skiing. Just an 8 minute walk (in boots!) to the lift. The apartment was clean and huge. The property fell short of excellent in a few ways for example not including fire starters or kindling or the cumbersome way to remove the jacuzzi cover. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Loved Our Stay!

We loved our stay at Deanna's property! The condo is spacious and open with two king suites. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of lower Deer Valley at the base of Snow Park. Such a beautiful summer setting that offers easy access to hiking, enjoying Deer Valley Lake, taking the free 5 minute bus ride to Main Street, Deer Valley concerts, and much more. Deanna was always responsive and helpful. Maintenance is excellent as well. We would definitely return!

What a fantastic condo in a wonderful location.

We enjoyed a summer of great fun and wonderful memories in DeAnna's condo. It's bright, roomy and in a fantastic location in Deer Valley. We are happy we are returning for the 2019 summer. It's perfect for a couple, two couples or a family because it has two comfy bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each bedroom has a king bed, a nice sized closet, a roomy private bath with two vanities. In one bedroom there's also a twin bed. And there's still 1/2 bath. It's well stocked with lots of dishes for cooking in and on the free shuttle bus line if you want to eat out. She has 3 flat screen TV's with cable and fast Wifi so you and your kids can stay connected! Our 5 year old grandson enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. There's a nice deck with mountain views and we appreciated underground parking. When you arrive, just put your stuff in in one of the carts, hop in the elevator and you are there! You don't have to climb steps to get yourselves settled in...save that energy for skiing or hiking. You are just a short block from Deer Valley Snowpark Lodge with wonderful mountain biking, hiking and the best snow for skiing; a couple of steps to the funicular to fine dining at the St Regis and a downhill walk to the Brass Tag for drinks and dinner. Take a drive to nearby Solamere for deer and moose spotting! One evening we saw 17 deer there. DeAnna's condo is a little slice of heaven in Utah!

Why they chose this property

My family and I love to ski. We ski many Utah ski resorts, but Deer Valley has be our very favorite. When shopping for condominiums in Park City, I fell in love with the Powder Run Condominiums. The units are large, 1500 sq. Feet. The two bedrooms are equal in size making two master bedrooms. I bought the unit before the Utah Olympics in 2002 and have completely up graded the unit.

What makes this property unique

My condominium is next to Snow Park Lodge, about 50 feet from the ski lifts. You will actually be closer than parking in Deer Valley's parking lot. You will be very close to down town Park City and on the free bus route.
