Little piece of paradise!

Due to our large group, we opted to stay at this house instead of a hotel and I am so glad we did! Not only did it provide us with enough space so we were not tripping over each other but provided a place that felt like home. My kids and husband absolutely loved being in the pool while my oldest daughter and my sisters loved the movie room. The kitchen and dining room provided enough space to feed a large crowd. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Dallas!

This rental is in great need of care. The property is owned by RSB living who is located in another time zone. Upon arrival, the House is very rundown. The pictures on Vrbo are not updated. The house seems to have gone some updates but has been done cheaply. The price that we paid for our week stay was not worth the price. The house currently has a for sale sign in the yard. The yard has no grass. All dirt. So watch out when it does rain. The kitchen is very short on utensils. We had 6 people stay and did not have enough glasses for all of us. No kitchen towels. Not even an oven mitt. We found that out the hard way. No working ice maker. No spices. No mixing bowls. As a rental property paying over 2500 for a week, you expect these things. The pool guy came when we were outside. Did not speak English. He could not answer our questions about the cloudiness of the pool or if he was even going to check PH levels. Kids went swimming after it was “cleaned” and had a red itchy painful rash that entire day after and didn’t swim again. If you have anyone elderly in your group this is NOT the house for you. The main level bedroom does have a double bed. The bed is so far low to the ground, it is not suitable for anyone to be able to get in and out of the bed. The description on Vrbo says there are dogs beds, not true! The main bathroom has a shower/ bath combo. Again not accommodating to someone who cannot step up over a bath. I would never recommend or stay here again

Best place we could asking for!

This place is perfect. Everything is thought of, the design, the kitchen is fully stocked, I was making dinner for our family and didn’t miss my kitchen at all it’s that good. The house is so comfortable, the neighborhood is great walking distance to parks and just walking. everything is really nice. Pool and cinema room was great time for our family! I would highly recommend a stay here I know we will be back!
