This was a very comfortable house for a family gathering. There had been severe storms a day or two before we arrived and the pool had dirt in it. I notified the property manager and it was cleaned the very next day. The property is very clean, has lots of beds and cleaning supplies were provided which helped a lot. We would stay here again if we needed a place in Dallas.

There was only 4 of us staying in this sleeps 20 “mansion.” We received 11 messages about not being loud after 9 prior to arriving. I explained nobody planned to be loud multiple times. The pool stayed dirty. Stagnant green water, not a “pool oasis” in the slightest. Trashcans full to the top upon arrival. Inside was clean, but very minimal. Kitchen has very limited supplies for cooking.

The quiet-hour reminders are standard, automated communications sent to all guests and are clearly intended to reinforce house and neighborhood rules—not to single out any particular reservation. The pool and trash concerns were taken seriously and have been addressed with the appropriate service teams. The pool is maintained on a routine schedule, and the home is prepared between stays. The kitchen is stocked according to the amenities represented in the listing. We stand behind the cleanliness, preparation, and accuracy of the property and remain committed to maintaining those standards for every guest.

Summer vacation 2025

This was absolutely the best decision we made for our short vacation to Texas. We have 3 teenage boys and they were able to have their peace and quiet in their own rooms but most importantly they were able to enjoy the pool with each other. The reason why I’m giving a 4 star for cleanliness is because I am very meticulous when it comes to what you consider clean. The couch was a bit messy, there was popcorn and other food that was left from previous people. However given the circumstances, it was not that bad. I would highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, we enjoyed having nightly walks around the block.
