Panoramic views lure you in from the moment you enter the front door. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all open concept. A few of the amenities include a twelve-top dining table, Sonos sound system, Star-link internet and a large screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with Viking appliances, a wine fridge, a large walk-in pantry and an additional full-size fridge in the laundry room. The main level also offers a primary suite with full bath, walk in closet, inviting sitting area, private balcony and coffee bar. It is also the location for a 6th bedroom with a shared main bath and a game room with game table that converts into a pool table, ping pong table and card table with benches.

The upper level offers two oceanside bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a king bed that can be converted into two twins upon request. Each bedroom has a semi private balcony and seating area. These two bedrooms share a bath.

Also, on this level are two bayside bedrooms each with their own en-suite and semi private balconies with seating. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other a king. For your convenience, a coffee bar with ceramic mugs, to-go cups and a mini fridge are centrally located on this level.

Cool off in the infinity edge pool overlooking the bays most beautiful aqua blue hues. Air temperatures are pretty consistent to 80 degrees, based on a sunny day, which warms the pool nicely. The pool patio is open and airy yet surrounded by tropical landscaping for plenty of privacy. There are many cozy seating areas including, cushioned couches and swivel chairs, veranda with roll down shades, two rattan hanging chairs, teak dining table with movable umbrella, a four person high top table, grilling space, outdoor shower and a rare area of soft grass where a game of corn hole can be played. Iguana's are frequently seen basking in the tree tops as you look out to the bay. Lime, orange, mango and fig banana trees are also unique to this property.

St. Thomas' natural beauty of lush tropical foliage, winding terrain and steep rock landscaping allow for amazing hiking trails, but is not a very walkable island aside from the downtown and water front areas.
Our gated community is also the perfect area for a morning walk or jog.
We highly recommend renting a vehicle for flexibility and safety. Our Guest information packet will provide our recommendations.

** Please note: Google Maps inaccurately suggests that the beach is walkable from the villa. Due to the naturally mountainous terrain of the Virgin Islands, walking access isn't feasible—even from properties that appear nearby. That said, the beach is just a very short drive away, making it easy and quick to reach. Our location offers one of the closest and most convenient drives around!
