90 m² house completely renovated in 2025, nestled in the heart of Saint-Georges. Between cycle paths, markets and wild beaches, enjoy an ideal location: do everything on foot or by bike.

Premium comfort, calm and local life: the perfect mix for your summer holidays on the bright island. Enjoy a complete equipment and a rare tranquility for an unforgettable stay

The house has been completely refurbished and consists of:

• Ground floor: a warm living room with an office area (Wifi-fiber, ideal for teleworking) and a modern and fully equipped semi-open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle...).

• Upstairs: 3 comfortable bedrooms with new bedding (2 double beds 140 cm, 1 queen bed 160 cm), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

On the landing upstairs, a sofa bed offers two additional beds in 140 if needed, a practical additional solution to comfortably accommodate two additional guests.

🌞 Outdoor & gardenPGJyPg�PGJyPgYou will enjoy a private outdoor space of 40 m² in a 200 m² semi-shared garden.

Sit under the beautiful Japanese cherry tree for your meals in the shade, or enjoy an evening of barbecue barbecue.

Nous avons passé un weekend exceptionnel dans cette charmante maison rénovée avec goût où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les hôtes ont le soucis de bien vous accueillir et tout est expliqué avant notre arrivée. Nous sommes des habitués de l'Ile d'Oléron et nous reviendrons sans hésitation séjourner dans ce petit cocon!

Maison tres bien rénovée.Agreable séjour sur Oleron, la location est tres bien située pour partir sur les pistes cyclables de l'île. Seul petit bemol...les chats présents dans la cour commune, urine et poils de chats si vous oubliez de tout rentrer le soir !

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour à Oléron et que la maison vous ait plu. Nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée par les chats. Ils ne sont effectivement pas à nous et tout comme vous, cela peut nous déranger. Nous faisons notre possible pour limiter leur présence mais il est difficile de les empêcher de passer de l’autre côté de la palissade :) Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau !
