Villa provençale 80m² superbe vue sur mer, à 100m de la plage!

The house features a large living room with a sofa and dining table, offering direct access to the terrace, where you can sunbathe, admire the stunning ocean view, or simply enjoy a barbecue (provided). The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are 2 bedrooms. The first has a sea view and a 140cm bed. The second opens onto the garden and has an 180cm bed.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The accommodation:

The terrace lets you soak up the sun or simply take a nap on the lounge chairs while enjoying the sound of cicadas. Direct access to the beach is one of the villa’s main attractions.

Cleaning: We do not charge our guests a cleaning fee at the time of booking.
You can either opt for the cleaning service for a small additional fee (price provided at the time of booking) or clean the property yourself upon departure.

Guest access: The property has a fenced-in yard where you can park your vehicle.

Additional notes: The property is in the heart of the French Riviera, ideally located between St-Tropez (30 km) and Nice (70 km), both of which can be quickly reached via the highway through Fréjus or by the train that runs along the coast, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Other attractions, such as the Îles de Porquerolles or Monaco, are not to be missed.
