A fully detached, fully furnished stone house, well-exposed on enclosed grounds, south-facing, shaded by a lime tree. 75 m² (780 sq ft) with direct access from the kitchen. The north-facing lawn (500 m²) is accessible via a gate. 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, for 6 people:
On the ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bright living room with bow window, 1 bathroom (bathtub/shower), 1 toilet with separate sink, 2 bedrooms.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.
Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi included, DVD player, fan. Electric heating.
Garden furniture, portable barbecue.

Altitude 500 m. Small shops. Scenic trails on site, listed village.
Very quiet. Nearby (1.5 km) lake swimming, hiking, mushroom picking, fishing. Deer rut, Tulle 20 km (25 min). Pets welcome at no extra charge. Holiday vouchers accepted. Minimum stay of 4 nights between two consecutive Saturdays outside of school holidays, price on request. Open from May 31, 2025 to November 1, 2025.
