Stunning home in Kucice

This holiday home is located in Omi Hinterland, in the village of Kuie next to the Cetina Gorge. It consists of three floors. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a living room. An external staircase leads to the first and second floor, which are also connected by an internal spiral staircase, where there are four rooms in the attic (roof slope to 150 cm). A 35 metre path that runs behind the owner's other property leads to the swimming pool with sun terrace, outdoor jacuzzi and gazebo with a view that offers breathtaking views of the gorge and the countryside. Enjoy rafting on the Cetina River, which the homeowner can help you with for an extra charge. Get to know Omi's rich summer programme. Three air conditioning units are limited to 35 hours per week.

Property is actually 4 self contained apartments on top 2 layers with kitchen lounge on ground floor . Ideal for large families or a group of families . A plan of the lay out of the villa would have been useful on the website to plan who goes where .Pool good but service an issue if staying for 2 weeks needed re-cleaning mid stay and was out of action for a day which was annoying and unnecessary if properly dealt with throughout stay .Beautiful BBQ area though some way from kitchen so needed to take everything up there would have been ideal to have had access to fridge up there .. would have made the location for evening meal perfect.Host was very amenable and would try and resolve all issues ( Thank you )Location is pretty remote so would definitely need a car whilst there is a well stocked small supermarket 2km a way it is not open all the time and you then need to travel at least 20 minutes as you travel on mountain roads ..But stunning place ha a brilliant time and would have no hesitation recommending it !

La maison est spacieuse avec une belle piscine conforme à la description. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute . Nous sommes à 20 minutes de Omiš station balnéaire . Vous pouvez faire du rafting . Super sejour !!
