Above Krilo Jesenice 5 km from the centre of Krilo Jesenice, 6 km from the centre of Dugi Rat, 11 km from the centre of Omiš, in a secluded position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 650 m long narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, bus stop 4.4 km, pebble beach 5 km. For private use: traditional tavern. Possibility of buying autochthonous food products (on request, extra).
4-room house 128 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: safe. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Solar-powered energy (220 volt current, 500 W). fantastic surroundings and a great host

a bit up om the mountin with a view on Brac. the only sounds is from nature itself and the warm breeze. fill your breakfast with eggs from the garden chickens, strawberries, cherrys, cucumbers and a lot more. A totalt relaxed vacation with some luxyry of a pool, aircondtion, wi-fi and the best of wine

Quiet place off the beaten path

The host welcomed us with a meal and some drinks and was always available for any questions we had. The property is 10 minute drive away from the coast (and nearest market) up the hill with part of the road being unpaved and very narrow. Due to this we didn't go down to the beach every day but opted to stay some days and just use the pool. Pool is small but big enough for refreshing on a hot summer day. If you want to enjoy some peace and quiet in nature this is a great place to do so.

Maison autonome atypique que nous avons très bien apprécié. Le seul inconvénient est l'eau chaude qui ne se mélange pas bien avec l'eau froide, c'est donc douche brulante ou douche froid, mais pour le reste nous avons adoré le concept et la tranquillité du lieu.

Grober Mangel bei Warmwasser

Praktisch kein Warmwasser vorhanden ( entweder siedend heiß oder eiskalt ). Möbel in der Küche waren teilweise kaputt und abgewohnt. Duschen könnten etwas sauberer sein. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters.

Immer wieder super!

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal zu Gast im Haus Kilo und wieder war alles perfekt. Theos Herzlichkeit und unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir fühlen uns wirklich wie zuhause in diesem Haus und alles ist so super entschleunigt. Das Haus liegt oben im Berg weg von all dem Trubel und man hat ne wunderschöne Aussicht über Dugi Rat und auf das Meer. Die Straße ist zwar dahin nicht die beste aber es lohnt sich!

Cudowne miejsce

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny tydzień z rodziną. Domek bardzo przytulny, położony w cudownym miejscu. Gospodarz to bardzo miły i otwarty człowiek. Jest gdzie pojeździć rowerami lub pobiegać, a potem chłodząca kąpiel w basenie , super. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji warzywa z ogródka i owoce z sadu. Gorąco polecamy!!!

Rustig, zelfvoorzienend huis met prachtig uitzicht

Als je een rustige off-the-grid vakantie wil, dan zit je hier goed. De enige buren zijn de bergen en je kijkt uit op de heldere zee. Elke dag leggen de kippen eieren voor je. Het zwembad is voor jou alleen. De eigenaren zijn superlieve, hartelijke mensen die je uitgebreid ontvangen met eigen wijn en een heerlijke maaltijd. Split is een half uur rijden en voor het strand en de supermarkt hoef je alleen de berg af. We hebben een week genoten met onze drie kinderen. Dankjewel voor de gastvrijheid!

Ferienhaus

Super nette Vermieter, nach einer sehr langen Anreise wurden wir mit einem tollen Abendessen begrüßt. Es gab Peka, Schinken, Salat und Wein. Den Gemüsegaren durften wir nach Herzenslust plündern. Es war ein sehr erholsamener kurz Urlaub, auf der einen Seite die Berge und auf der anderen das Meer. Perfekt um komplett ab zu schalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Traumhaftes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, mit einer wahnsinnig schönen Panorama Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Weg zum Haus ist zum Teil unbefestigt und schmal, dafür ist man komplett alleine und geniest absolute Ruhe. Zum Haus gehört eine wunderschöne Farm mit Obstbäumen und Gemüsegarten und eigenen Hühnern. Man darf sich alles nehmen was gerade reif ist und jedes gefundene Ei behalten :) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit einem reich gedeckten Tisch empfangen
