Cozy Vitry Centre, 3 rooms between Paris & Orly

This spacious 4-room apartment of 74 m², decorated in a warm style, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family stay or a business trip on the outskirts of Paris.

It offers 3 bedrooms:

- a bedroom with double bed and storage,
- 2 bedrooms each with a single bed and a desk: perfect for a child, a teenager or to telework in peace.

If you have a toddler, a travel cot is present, we can install it on request.

The living room is large, comfortable and bright. It has a sofa, coffee table, dining table for 4, flat-screen TV with international channels and video-on-demand, and books in French and English for relaxing. A large south-facing bay window makes it a bright space throughout the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it offers everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home:

- Fridge and freezer
- Stove with oven
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Tassimo coffee maker and filter coffee maker
- Toaster
- Kettle
- Rice cooker

The bathroom includes a sink, a bathtub with shower and storage and a hairdryer.

The toilet is separate.

The accommodation has a balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for having a morning coffee in the sun or teleworking in the open air.

For your comfort, bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided.

If the nights seem too cool despite the radiators present, fan heaters are also available to quickly increase the temperature.

For your safety, connected smoke, carbon monoxide and gas detectors are present.

And to start your stay on the right foot, a basket of sweets, tea and coffee is offered on arrival.

The apartment is located in the city centre, just 5 minutes walk from shops, transport (Tram T9, many buses) and entertainment. Thanks to the T9 tram, you can reach Paris in just 15 minutes and Orly in 20 minutes, making it a strategic location for your trips between the capital and the rest of the world.

If you come by car, take advantage of a free parking space in the residence during your stay. Access is secured with a remote-controlled gate.
