Appartement très propre et bien situé. 2 points négatifs pour moi : l'isolation phonique par rapport à l'immeuble et à la rue est mauvaise et la literie mériterait d'être changée (très inconfortable surtout quand on dort à deux : le matelas s'est affaissé au milieu).
