Room was a beautiful ancient apartment in downtown Paris close to everything. Just steps outside the door were great cafe's, restaurants and the Sene river. If you like authentic Paris this is for you.

The location is great for exploring the city - the property is very quiet and you are on the bottom floor with local Parisians living above. The space is small and not ideal for two people with lots of items - we came from 9 days in Italy so our luggage took up most of the space. The bedding was comfortable and the resident cat welcomed us. The tv didn’t work - we think one of the remotes is missing. The kitchen had all the basics. The shower was small but very hot. I am learning h that Europeans don’t often have wash cloths was washing your face so if this is important bring your own. Our flight was delayed and Patrica was waiting for us at the door and quickly got us settled. I would definitely stay again for the location and quiet, but will bring a washcloth.

A little jewell albeit modest in size and not fancy but very clean and comfortable. A perfect walkable location, easy access to metro, wonderful local bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Helpful and timely communication from the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the pretty courtyard outside moved into spring blooms.

Great apartment in a good location for us to explore Paris. Immaculate flat with all we needed to enjoy our stay. The Perfect Place!

We stay here 4 nights.. and on checking out this morning my husband said that out of all the places we’ve stayed at, this was his fav. It had everything we needed.. was easy, cool and comfortable and the location was perfect and very secure and safe. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Its was nice for us. We found things near by for what we needed. Host met us on site and explained a few things which was nice. Very good communication feom hosts. Loved the friendly cat in the courtyard as we missed our fur babies in the US.

Single room, fantastic location for walking to Notre Dame, near restaurants, cafes, groceries... Host was attentive to arrival logistics. Clean, spartan, quiet, private courtyard, triple secured entry. Too small to spend much time inside, but who goes to Paris to sit inside? Would book again.

Great location. We felt very safe and it was nice and quiet at night. Ground level was appreciated not having to haul luggage up stairs. Alex was fantastic meeting us on arrival and showing us the important aspects of the apartment. There were a few minor fix up things that were relayed to the host. Good apartment in great location

All went very well, apartment is clean and comfortable in a great location for the Marais, Notre Dame, Pompidou etc. Check in was excellent and timely. A couple of minor niggles (misaligned toilet seat and dead light bulb) but all in all recommended.

Excellent Marais Ground Floor Apartment

A small but more than adequate studio apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Ground floor a real bonus for anyone who struggles with stairs and suitcases. The Marais is a great area to stay - walking distance to almost all Paris attractions. This apartment is close to a metro station, and many cafes, restaurants and bars.
