Cozy house ready for your getaway retreat. Fully furnished and ready to enjoy. High speed fiber optic internet for zoom calls or steaming for favorite shows. House is located in a residential area with close neighbors. This is NOT a party house or a place to play loud music.
Polk County is full of winter fun! The house is 10 minutes from excellent ice fishing (Bone, Deer, Balsam lake), 1 minute from access to snowmobile trails (Gandy Dancer), 20 minutes from downhill skiing (Trollhaugen, Wild Mountain), 5 minutes from Straight Lake state park, and much much more.
