About this property

Town house with veranda and courtyard, near town center Ideal for families or couples!

You enter an old house simple and warm. There is a courtyard for outdoor meals and a veranda to enjoy the light and where you can eat and rest. (Parasol provided) Less than 15 km from the sea, 30 minutes from the Suisse Normande (small mountains) you will also enjoy being close to the city centre (marina, medieval castle, excellent restaurants in the typical old district of Vaugueux)) and to visit the beautiful places of Caen (Peace Memorial, abbeys for ladies and men). Bus and shops are nearby.
Small particularities: it is a very old house (1850) under improvement. We have favoured energy saving (panels and solar). It is an atypical house where you will immediately feel at home. I never enter the veranda, the house and the space of the courtyard facing the veranda..
When I rarely pass the gate you don't see it because a wooden fence is installed so that you are totally independent and quiet between vous.je orends the precaution to contact you before.
Only Kitty a little black cat walks around, so be careful if you are allergic to the cat.the three houses around feed her including me.
I am available for any services and advice that would make your stay much more enjoyable.I look forward to meeting you.

positiv:- 3 Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen, allerdings ohne Verrücken des Tisches nur für 3 Personen: in der Küche, im kleinen Hof und in der Veranda.- Schlafzimmer sind geräumig- Küche funktional mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschank - Kleiner Supermarkt 3 min. Fußweg.- Es ist für eine Stadt ruhig gelegen.Sonstiges:- Es gibt eine Katze.- Es ist ein älteres Haus, über 3 Etagen, die mit einer steilen Treppe verbunden sind.- Das Haus hat teilweise Original Holzböden, wurde aber auch amateurhaft renoviert, z.b. war das Laminat in der Veranda durchgebrochen.- Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut, das Objekt ist jedoch nicht für gehobene Ansprüche geeignet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. - Die Vermieterin wohnt zeitweise in einem Zimmer nebenan. Karina ist hilfsbereit.
