Weekly rental in June, July, August, 130mÂČ house with 400mÂČ garden, heated outdoor swimming pool.

She is composed :
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, shower room with WC
First floor: Landing, 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 WC
In the basement: Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Sheets and towels are not provided but may be offered at an additional cost.

The heated swimming pool measures 10m X 4. 50m, flat bottom of 1. 40m is in service from June 1 to September 30

Animals are not allowed.

The house is fully equipped with, at your disposal:
Washing machine, dryer, fridge / freezer, extractor hood, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, kettle, vacuum cleaner, 1 TV, dressing room, barbecue , garden furniture, electric shutters throughout the house, stereo.

Ouistreham-Riva Bella, it is the small town of the beginning of the century with its beautiful houses, its pretty shopping streets, its casino and its very large beach ... Resort and balneotherapy too.
Along the landing beach of Sword Beach, Ouistreham-Riva Bella is a destination that combines history, heritage, water sports and nature.
The museums and proximity to Pegasus Bridge will make you relive the great hours of the landing on June 6, 1944.
The long sandy beaches bordered by secure cycle paths allow you to organize pleasant bike rides.
The very active fishing port will be the place to do your fish market; in addition to fishing, the port is set up as a marina and a trade from which ferries depart several times a day for England.
In summer, nautical activities are offered on the beach ... Sailing dinghy, sand yachting, children's club ...
Near the lighthouse, you cross a footbridge which allows you to reach a magnificent nature reserve: "the tip of the seat", a place for walks.

Fabulous house in excellent location

Great location for exploring WW2 museums. Easy to walk to supermarket and restaurants. Hosts were quick to respond to any queries we had and were always helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful property and location

The property is all we could hope and is the perfect location for the beach and restaurants without needing to use a car. Plus two museums near by. Our concierge was lovely and extremely helpful.

Excellent holiday stay, very convenient to the beach and town. Clean and I found the hosts very helpful. Ideal location if you are proposing to tour the Normandy battlefields. No grumbles

Really nice property, a well situated base for touring the WW2 sites of Normandy. Good facilities and great pool. Close to the centre of Ouistreham for a walk.

Relaxing stay!

We stayed a number of days in this house. It was well provisioned and had a “home away from home” feel. The family really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Shops and bars just a walk away. We will return if the chance arises! Service team were very accommodating.

Excellent location

Communication with owner and check in process faultless, we communicated via WhatsApp on arrival day which was handy. Property as described and pictures accurate, swimming pool covered this time of year, local maps and information provided at check-in very useful, beach is a few minutes walk away, easy walking distance to bakery, restaurants and shops, at the time of year we visited car parking was free in the town which was a bonus. Kids enjoyed the go karts and Le Grand Bunker Musée du Mur le l'Atlantique is a must see and easy walking distance from main beach promenade. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house in a lovely area

We spent a great week in this lovely house with our 2 daughters and their boyfriends. The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The heated pool was big enough for everyone and there were 2 areas to sit/eat outside with plenty of outdoor furniture. The house is literally 2 minutes walk from the beach which is beautiful . We really liked the town of Ouistreham which had a good selection of restaurants all within walking distance. Ouistreham is a great base to explore Normandy from as it is within easy reach of other great places

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, jeden Tag ein paar Runden im Pool, einige Stunden mit einem guten Buch auf den bequemen Terrassenmöbeln, AusflĂŒge zu den historischen StĂ€tten im Umland und nicht zu vergessen der Strand, der selbst bei nicht so gutem Wetter immer noch zu langen SpaziergĂ€ngen einlĂ€d. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal da und sicher auch nicht zum letzten Mal.

Die Lage nahe am Strand und der private beheizte Pool sind unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Problem mit einer der Duschen wurde noch wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts behoben. Restaurants, BĂ€cker und diverse GeschĂ€fte,die Strandpromenade mit Riesenrad sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar.Es gibt aber noch Luft nach oben. Das AußengelĂ€nde benötigt dringend Pflege durch einen GĂ€rtner, die Lampen im Außenbereich funktionieren nicht. Die Lampe in einer der Toiletten ist nur eine hĂ€ngende GlĂŒhbirne mit interessanten Kabeln.Mit ein paar kleineren Renovierungs- und Pflegearbeiten könnte das Haus perfekt sein.

Logement bien équipé

1 semaine entre amis. 4 chambres et 3 douches. On peut loger et vivre à 6-7 personnes aisément. Piscine chauffée à 28 degrés. Juste améliorer le nettoyage.

A quiet week in Ouistreham

A well-equipped house with an excellent heated pool. The house is in a good neighborhood, and close to the sea. Everything worked fine and the reception/handover was excellent. The only small detail that could be corrected is that the house instructions should tell us to put the bins out (and when).
