Split A/C in all rooms thru out house, New Casper California KING Bed, 2 bedrooms with New Queen sized beds, One bedroom with 2 New single sleigh beds, Samsung Art TV 75" 4k with dish satellite and all streaming services, Working FirePlace, New dishwasher, Two Ice makers, High End Blender , washer/dryer and additional full size storage refrigerator on deck , large windows with beautiful water views and High speed unlimited Wifi and Newly redone Bedrooms, floors, cabinets and California Closets.

Short walk to Casino restaurant or Watch hill dining and activities and ferry, 1 boardwalk away from bay on Whalebone walk and two walks from Beach. Panoramic views from all Decks. 2 Vermont Carts and Owner Managed and turned over for attention to detail. Owner has other rental properties in community for 30 years.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay this year. We have been going to Davis Park, Fire Island for over ten years. It is a perfect vacation spot for us. This particular house was well equipped and well maintained. The air conditioning was a welcome amenity. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you enjoy the beach and value your privacy.

Lovely beach house

Our family had a great stay at this lovely home. Great hosts, well appointed house. Strong wifi. Slight overlap with the check in time and homeowners leaving, which is why I have four stars for check in process, but wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was wonderful!! Every room has air conditioners, lots of spaces and comfy beds for sleeping, updated bedrooms and bathrooms, great deck. A very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic time at a beautiful home

My family and friends enjoyed a great week at this Fire Island gem. The interior was recently renovated and the second story deck was perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset and eating most of our meals - even our teenage daughters and their friends joined us out there for dinner :). The home is just beautiful, tastefully designed and spacious. It's also just a short walk to the beach. Charles, the owner, was very responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. This is truly a great spot for those who love Fire Island and Davis Park, in particular, as our family does.
