About this property

Great Family Rental - Sun, Sand & Sea

This house is located on Fire Island. **please note we run a Monday to Sunday Schedule mid June to Mid September.**

A short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and the town of Ocean Beach, this spacious four (4) bedroom, family friendly house can comfortably sleep 8 adults 2 children. (NOTE: house is not suited for more than 8 adults) and offers an open floor plan, with two full bathrooms , a lovely outdoor shower and an 8 x14 Saltwater Pool. .

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 sizable master bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom upstairs has tons of windows and a sliding glass door that opens up to its own balcony. It will beckon you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or bask in the morning or afternoon sun.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living room area with a peninsula that seats 4, and a large farm table that seats an additional 8. There is a 55' inch flat screen TV and a wonderful fire place and air conditioning.

Outside offers a nice sized deck with plenty of seating and BBQ, a outdoor shower and an 8x14 saltwater pool.

We supply beach chairs. House is equipped with all of the necessities. We supply laundry, dish and hand soap. (We do not supply personal soaps)

Pets are considered for an additional fee.

Check in is after 4:00 PM check out is 10:30 AM.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
