The downtown unit features several fun and creative elements (ever heard of a trampoline bed?) that will have you snapping photos from the minute you walk through the door. Featuring three themed bedrooms (flamingo, peacock, and owl!), a full bathroom and an additional get-ready station for the morning. The Nest is sure to have a group of up to eight guests feeling right at home. The exposed vents and original building elements add a rustic feel amongst all of the fun decor. Set out on foot to experience Lake Geneva's nightlife, dining and shopping before heading back to your private nest! One block from the public beach, scenic lake path, historic Riviera and boat rentals/tours. The uniqueness and convenience of this fun apartment will have you coming back year after year!

*This unit features a wifi-enabled smart TV (no cable).*
*Loft is on the second level of building, one flight of stairs required to enter from front and parking area.
*Please note this suite is downtown and is located next to the Champs Beer Garden. Some noise at night and during the day is likely.
*For your safety there is a security camera in the entry stairway aimed toward Main Street.

Excellent stay

We loved the Bird’s Nest. The house was cleaned and so close to downtown Lake Geneva. We will definitely be back in the summer for another stay at this great spot.

This place felt like it was right out of a dream! Our experience was amazing to say the least! The open kitchen and dinning room was great for cooking and enjoying time with friends and loved ones. The decorations were so well thought out and made the place feel super cozy fun and chic and to its name like a nest.You can tell someone spent a lot of time and effort making this place perfect! You have everything you need and more here.The location is the most ideal, you’re in the middle of everything! So many shops and restaurants right out our front door. Not to mention, the 5 minutes walk to the beach. Needless to say this was our favorite stay so far and would love to return back sometime soon!

Beautiful Little Nest!

I stayed at The Nest for a weekend with 5 of my friends and we loved it! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance of The Nest and we LOVED the unique bird theme! It was so fun to try to count all of the birds featured in the residence. It was big enough for all of us, and the trampoline bed was so comfortable! It is right next to a sports bar, but that didn’t keep anybody up and the hosts provided great amenities. Thank you for the fun stay!

Perfect Location

This property is located smack dab in the middle of all the best action! Shops, restaurants, lake. Way bigger than it looked online and very cute. Property manager was communicative and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

The property was clean and just as described! The decor was so much fun. The location is perfect. As described there was some noise from the bar downstairs but the property provides ear plugs and noise machines. It wasn’t an issue for us!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, great space and cute and fun decor. Only disappointment was the big fee for less than 48 hours in the space. We paid more in fees than rental.

A wonderful week away

My family and I had a wonderful and much needed getaway from Ohio to Wisconsin to stay at The Nest. I’m currently caretaking for my father who has terminal brain cancer and I needed a break before I broke. This was the exact place I needed to reset and come back home with a fresh mind. Clean, adorable and warm - we just loved it and love Lake Geneva. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

A whimsical fun space

We will definitely be back again. Quirky yet sophisticated. Had lots of room and everything we needed. There were surprises around every corner. Clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location. Loved all the private spaces and gathering areas. Even more amazing in person. Loved it!!!

Adorable NEST with perfect location

I’ve come to LG every summer for over 20 years. I cannot oversell how fabulous it was to stay right downtown and literally walk to everything. The space was darling. My only complaint would be the noise from Champs at night. There was absolutely full disclosure about this. And the pros outweighed that con. Just bring ear plugs, white noise machines and loud fans

Quirky and Vintage

First let me say, the location downtown can’t be beat! It’s walkable to everything, which made it super fun. The decorations inside are super fun and quirky and kept us laughing the whole trip. The biggest drawback is being right next door to one of the most popular bars downtown. The listing warned us that there would be noise but it’s LOUD in the master bedroom Thursday-Saturday. Even all the noise machines and earplugs didn’t drown out the live music until almost 2am every night. (The bar is fun though, if you can’t sleep we recommend going down to Champs for snacks and drinks!) The apartment is definitely more “historical”… creaky floors and thin walls. The furniture was vintage and would make cracking noises when my husband would sit on chairs, etc. We were afraid the trampoline bed was going to break, the post supporting it was about to dislodge from the floors underneath it. The amenities were also disappointing- the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work, the hair dryer only blows cold air… there were stains on the walls… the trampoline bed is breaking… picture frames are broken, paint is chipping… For the HUGE fees that came with this place I hoped for a better guest experience. Way more than any other rentals we’ve ever booked, and we couldn’t justify why since they didn’t go above and beyond.

Great location and fun decor

We went for a girls weekend and just loved the decor of this unit! It just added to the stay. The location is amazing in terms of walking to everything- only downside is the noise from the bar at night but everything else made it worth it
