Super Location in Rincon

Our stay was great - super location, check-in/out process was simple, and the house and pool were well maintained. Would definitely recommend this house if you want to experience Rincon for a few days or more long-term. Remember your bug spray for the mosquitoes and sunscreen for the sun!

Great place to stay in Rincon

We had a great stay at this house! The location is great with close proximity to town and local beaches. My family and I will definitely be back. During our stay the island experienced a black out and thank goodness for the solar power or it would not have been enjoyable. Also Jose was a great manager and kept in touch at all times with any concerns or issues! Highly suggested!

Gem on the Hill

The perfect house to end our road trip around the island. Located less than a 5 minute walk from the main city street with restaurants and shops and less than 10 minutes to several beaches, this house sits atop a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Jose was the best communicator ever! He set us up for a successful vacation. Coffee shop and pastries are steps away. A couple of blocks in either direction of house are shops and restaurants. So many beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive. House is comfortable with all needed amenities.

Very Nice

The house was a lot nicer than we were expecting. The location was great for being near downtown Rincon. The location on the listing was different from the actual address, and we were further than we wanted to be from Sandy, but it was still manageable to get back and forth and was still in a great location. The property manager was very friendly, responded very quickly, and gave suggestions for what to do in town and what events were taking place. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay.

Jose was an amazing helpful host! We had some issues with our dates and he was very accommodating on our odd times of arrival and departure. The house is in a perfect location. First, located above a coffee shop doesn't hurt! It's very walkable to the downtown and beach. There aren't sidewalks until you get downtown, but you're fine single file and it's only for a block. There are 2 parking spots. Make sure to use the cones to save them if you're gone during the day or the coffee customers will use them. The pool is nice, but we really liked the roof top. Great views and sunshine up there! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and lunches. The washer and drying came in handy too. The bedrooms are pretty big. We liked that our adult sons got their own beds and bathroom. Plenty of room to hang out as a family and play cards at night. We also enjoyed just hanging on the front porch. There is air conditioners in each room, but we didn't feel we needed them all day because the airflow with the windows open kept it at a perfect temp. We'd highly recommend this house. He also had beach chairs and towels, which was a huge help. Thank you for the hospitality and lovely accommodation.

Nice house, tough to find, tough parking, noisy location

House is great and clean; very much as advertised. Coffeeshop next door is worth visiting. Very close drive to downtown and to Black Eagle Maring / Beach. Neighbor has a rooster that likes to crow at 3:30 - 5:00 AM. Bedrooms are very close to street, which is also noisy. Bring earplugs! parking is somewhat difficult if you have a larger car.
