Truly amazing. You’ll find the walking path from the building to the Atlantic Ocean beach quite special. As its name suggests, to get to Canal Beach you’ll walk with a water canal on your left, surrounded by its flora and fauna. You’ll love the sound of the birds or of an iguana diving into the canal from a tree. The apartment and the amenities are excellent. I go whenever I can, and Sam is an amazing host.

Great Location

Kid friendly pool and short walk to very private beach. 10 minute walk into town, grocery store and yummy bakery across the street. Ticks all the boxes!

Relaxing and Serene

I have stayed at Casa Vasquez 1 and 2 more than once. Always a pleasure. Sam is wonderful and the place is beautiful and clean!

Nice property!

This was a lovely property! Very clean and well kept. Our host Samuel was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions and requests. The only thing was the cold water in the shower was not working and the hot water was HOT! Otherwise, a wonderful experience

Amazing Space with all the amenities

What a great spot in Rincon! Close to the supermarket, bakery and all the amenities surpassed our expectations. The house was very clean and towels and linens (even extras) ready to use. The pool was a great spot to keep cool and just a short drive/walk from the beach. Would love to come back <3

Nice property

We had a nice relaxing time at this property. It was comfortable. Had everything we needed. Clean. The only complaint we had was that the water pressure in the second bathroom was way to low.
