Modern and comfortably furnished apartment on the first floor of a two-storey holiday home with lift, private parking space and free Wi-Fi up to 50 Mbit / s.

The beautiful south beach / beach can be reached in just 2-3 minutes!

You can expect a completely modernized in December 2016 and newly furnished accommodation.

A kitchen (no spices / ingredients) for everyday use, a wide double bed (180x200cm) with two 90x200 cm mattresses, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with internet connection and a beautifully designed bathroom with large shower make a pleasant stay.

Rent the swimming paradise FehMare, kiting, windsurfing, stand up paddle or motor boats, everything is in the immediate vicinity. The same applies to various restaurants, bars, cafes or a bakery.

Non smoking apartment & animal free zone.

Bed linen and bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are to be brought by the guest. If required, our service partner on site can offer you various laundry packages between 8.00 and 15.00 Euro.

I am available daily for my guests and answer promptly all questions asked, including WhatsApp.

The keys can be picked up easily on the only about 150m from the apartment away office of our service partner.

Clean, modern apartment ideal location

We spent 4 nights in this apartment visiting friends who live on the island. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything you wanted, including your own numbered parking place. The arrangements for collection of the keys were simple and close by. The apartment is close to the beach and the marina with a very nice restaurant. Bike hire is available for the energetic. Would recommend.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage.

Von der Übergabe der Wohnung, die Beschreibung wo der Parkplatz ist bis wie man zur Wohnung kommt ist alles super Beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist modern sauber und ruhig. Bestens geeignet für eine schöne Aufenthalt auf Fehmarn. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung werde ich wieder Buchen.

Wir haben die eine Woche Urlaub in der Yachtluke sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, inklusive liebevoller Details und äußerst bequemer Betten. Top Ausstattung, es ist an wirklich alles gedacht. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und können die Yachtluke sehr empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Südstrand

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön am Südstrand gelegen und angenehm ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Fehmarn. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn wir den Parkplatz am Abreisetag noch bis 12 Uhr hätten nutzen können um entspannt die letzten Stunden des Urlaubs genießen zu können.

Moderne kleine Ferienwohnung

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen. Einige Ecken im Fussbodenbereich waren etwas staubig, aber sonst alles sauber . Die Möwen hört man durch den Lüftungsschacht auch nachts. Das verträgt vielleicht nicht jeder.

Wir hatten 4 wundervolle Tage auf Fehmarn. Es war eine sonnige und windige Zeit. Wir waren außerhalb der Ferienzeit und es war daher sicher noch recht ruhig am Südstrand. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns voll ausreichend, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Wir konnten frühstücken und Abendessen zubereiten, waren daher nicht auf Restaurants angewiesen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr zentral in Südstrand

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in Südstrand ist sehr zentral und man ist mit der Fahrrad auch schnell in Burg oder anderen benachbarten Orten. Die Abwicklung und Informationsweitergabe durch den Vermieter war vorbildlich und sehr verständlich.
