Cosy holiday rental for up to 5 people in a stylish city villa with a balcony and a view of the greenery. The stylish Villa am Schwanenteich is located directly on the beautiful Schwanenteich pond in Burg. It features 4 holiday rentals, and all units offer a fantastic view of the garden.
The Schwan 4 holiday apartment measures 54 square metres and can accommodate up to 5 people. This apartment features a separate children’s room with a cot and a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). (The 5th person is charged an additional €10.00 per night.)
All rooms have laminate flooring; the layout includes a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a living/dining area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sofa bed in the living/sleeping area provides additional sleeping space.
The kitchenette is modernly equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave with grill function. There is plenty of dishes and silverware available (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.)

From the living area, you can step out onto the covered south-facing balcony, which offers a relaxing view of the shared garden, complete with sun loungers and a grill area. The holiday rental is lovingly and warmly furnished. There is also a shed in the garden for storing bicycles and sports equipment. Parking for your car is available directly in front of the house.

Access to the house is via Kämmererweg. Wi-Fi is available free of charge! The TV in this apartment also has Netflix access.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the house.



Please note: Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental. Please note that even apartments where pets are not allowed cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.

This beautiful villa is located in Burg, centrally situated and close to the beach, in a very quiet residential area. The holiday apartments are ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet but doesn’t want to miss out on the amenities of Burg’s historic town centre. The apartments are just a few minutes’ walk from Burg’s picturesque town centre; restaurants and a variety of shopping options are within walking distance.
The Burgstaaken fishing harbour is about a 30-minute walk away, along the shore of the inland lake. The fine-grained Südstrand beach and the FehMare water park are easily accessible by bike or car, about 4.5 km away. The train station and the bus stop are also just a few minutes’ walk away.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10:00 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4:00 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note on consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule upon receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
