The Space:
Welcome to Zen (#38), a tranquil tiny home designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the moment. With a calming, minimalist aesthetic and thoughtful details throughout, this retreat creates the perfect space for grounding and renewal - and it’s completely pet friendly, so your four-legged companion can unwind too.
Inside, Zen sleeps up to four guests with two king beds positioned beneath skylights, ideal for quiet mornings, restorative rest, and peaceful stargazing at night. The cozy living area includes a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating, while the full kitchen offers everything you need: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils.
The bathroom features a refreshing shower and all the essentials for your stay.
Step outside to your private deck, complete with seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit - a perfect spot to sip tea, watch red-rock colors shift at sunset, or simply enjoy the stillness around you.
Free parking, EV charging, and access to the community playground are included.

Zion’s Tiny Getaway sits in the heart of Southern Utah’s canyon country, where red-rock cliffs, open desert, and dark night skies create a stunning backdrop for your stay. Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.
Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences.

A car is the best way to explore Southern Utah’s wide-open spaces, and you’ll have convenient parking right beside your tiny home. Bikes are absolutely welcome - this area is a dream for riders. We are centrally located in Apple Valley Utah in proximity to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Sand Hollow State Park, Gooseberry Mesa, and so many other destinations! This Tiny Home sleeps up to six people and has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom! Join us for an adventure that you will remember for a lifetime.
What makes this property unique
If I had to pick my favorite features they would be stargazing and trail access. with no light pollution, you can see the milky way and an endless star-filled sky. we do offer telescopes for an additional charge.
