Ideally located very beautiful t2 with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the sea, with large corner terrace overlooking the port and its magnificent aquarium on the left and the Albères massif, on the Vermeille side (Collioure, the city of painters, Banyuls and its wine as well as Port-Vendres) and Spain (Rosas Cadaques, Figueres and the Dali museum...) on the right, with table and armchairs, 4th floor with lift, secure parking space, remote-controlled gate. Entrance hall with intercom, bedroom with a very good bed, equipped with a very large closet plus Rajastan extra furniture, bathroom with window and bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet, large living room with very comfortable sofa bed, large screen TV, high table and 4 chairs. Separate equipped kitchen also opening onto the large dishwasher terrace. close to all amenities, bars and restaurants of Canet en Roussillon. Possibility to add a travel cot.
