About this property

Remodeled historical spacious waterfront beach house

Large beach house renovated in 2021. Owned by the same family that built the home in the 1920s. Located in the center of St Teresa Beach right on the water on a double lot.
Three private bedrooms and a large sleeping porch. Two full baths plus an outdoor shower. Large deck and front yard overlook the water. Beautifully redone kitchen with quartz counter tops, large pantry, well appointed with an extra refrigerator and an extra full size freezer.
Very light and airy with wooden floors. Kayaks, paddleboard, umbrellas, beach toys, and chairs available for use. Cable TV, fast wifi included.
Beach is very private and secluded. Sugar white sand with plenty of dolphins, pelicans, herons, eagles, and sometimes manatee!
Family friendly with pack and play available.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to put all garbage in one of our two Waste One cans on the hightway that are marked 4180. Please make sure all garbage is inside the cans and that the lids are locked.
Do not place anything outside the cans. No one will pick up anything not in the cans. Also, do not use any other cans except for our two.
Never leave any garbage outside the house even if it is in bags. Always take it to the cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
