This spacious town-home is nestled in a quiet gated complex at the south end of Palm Springs with easy access to downtown shops and restaurants as well as numerous hiking trails.
Light shines through the wall of windows to the well appointed living room complete with a large screen TV, fireplace and wet bar. Enjoy mountain views from the private patio which can be accessed from the living and dining rooms. The open dining room adjoins the large updated kitchen. A bedroom and ½ bathroom complete the first floor living space.
The second floor includes two large bedrooms. The primary bedroom is bright and spacious with a private seating area and large bathroom. The other is a roomy bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in closet. There is a desk/office work area between the two bedrooms as well as a laundry area.
