Beautiful 2 unit whole house, in a perfect location, great for groups up to 17

The Crown Royal House is a beautiful newer property perfectly located, exactly 1/2 mile to the main light in the village of Ellicottville and 3/4 mile to the main lodge at Holiday Valley. Starting Jan. 1st, 2026, this property can only be rented a min. of a 30 ight stay. Perfect For your Bridal Party, Family, or Friend Reunion. You are close to everything but plenty of room to move and privacy in the larger backyard.

It boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and upper and lower decks. It sleeps 17 people in total. There is 1 common entrance and foyer that combines these two otherwise completely individual Suites: The Crown Suite, property # 1896726, and The Royal Suite property # 1903647. Each Suite is its own complete that has its own full kitchen, Dining room, Living room, gas fireplace, 4-person bar, large deck, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large outdoor firepit and a sizeable backyard.

Enjoy your favorite beverage while warming up by the gas fireplace and watching the skiers swoosh down Sunrise Ski slope viewable from most of the house. Look at the natural views in the backyard with deer and other animals while being so close to everything in the village of Ellicottville.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights

Lease make obvious which beds you used by leaving them unmade, at minimum, or better yet by removing the sheets and pillowcases altogether. Please hang wet towels instead of putting them in a pile.

Please put all of your trash in the trash tote and roll it to the designated curbside area shown in the pic sent to you in your self-check-in email, Trash is picked up very early on Monday's.

Clean up after yourself in general. Make sure all doors and windows are securely locked and all lights are turned off at departure. Letting us know when you have left helps us and the cleaning staff.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It is required that you fill out and our rental contract, along with a copy of your drivers license, within 3 days of your reservation acceptance.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house and no pets as we are pet free for those with allergies.

No Ski boots are to be worn within the house please. You can put ski boots on in the foyer by the house entrance. Skis can be stored in the shed.

Great Long Weekend

Amazing retreat

The pictures don't do the place justice because its even nicer in person. We were celebrating my good friend getting married and it fit everyone very comfortably and had a nice deck, fire pit, and backyard to enjoy. Hosts were super responsive and really easy to work with.

This house is amazing. My son who lives in MD and my 2 daughters are hard trying to get them together. It was great having them together even though the youngest onlystayed one night. Daryl and Gina were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this place. The location is great.
