Welcome to beautiful Sun Valley! Your home away from home awaits with room for the whole family at this three-story condo. Spend winter days on the mountain hitting the slopes and come back to warm up around the gas fireplace while cooking up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Have a family movie night around the flatscreen Smart TV and pop some popcorn. Or pull out any of the board games available and get ready for an entertaining evening at home. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, along with a full bathroom. Only one of the bedrooms enjoys access to a deck. The second floor hosts the main living area plus a full bathroom, while the third floor offers a secluded bedroom, a full bathroom, and a cozy family room with a TV and direct access to a private balcony. You'll love being located in Elkhorn village, with close proximity to both Sun Valley and Ketchum. In the summer months, the resort has miles of mountain trails, equestrian routes, and meadows filled with wildflowers.

We really enjoyed our stay and the roominess. We were able to spread out which was great. Looked like all the floors were recently done mix of hardwood and carpet). Great vacation, we will come back!

Elkhorn condo

Good house, great location and access to amenities in Elkhorn Village. Very cool record player inside that we enjoyed a lot. Could use some updates inside/a remodel. The parking lot is difficult to access at times with bigger vehicles and small in size. I give this house 7 out of 10 twerks.

Bargain in Sun Valley

The property was very clean and located in the Elk Horn Village area. Kitchen was well furnished with everything to prepare meals if you want to eat in. This property is a bargain in Sun Valley.

3 bedroom Sun Valley Condo

The space was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room and a bathroom on each level. The bedding and kitchen items need to be updated (old kitchen utensils, pans that have loose handles and very dated mattresses and bedding that needs to be refreshed (a bit dusty). Overall a good space but a few small changes can make this rental feel 100% newer.

Perfect Getaway

We recently stayed at a condo in Sun Valley, and it helped make the perfect vacation. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, too. We especially appreciated the extra touches like the board games and the outdoor patio. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great family vacation. 5 stars!

Great Value, Great Amenities

This house was in a Great Location. It is older, but has all you need. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area. The hours of the amenities vary by season, so you may not always get a pool/hot tub. You are right in the thick of things, so during ski season this place would be a gem, if you are okay with a slightly older place that has all you need. The heaters are baseboard heaters, so it takes some work to dial in the temperature. There is no central heating.

Unfortunately, Vacasa has not responded back about a refund.....this is now an on-going issue that still has to be resolved with a cleaning fee reversal. Help Vasasa.

Disappointed

I was pretty disappointed with our stay. The place had been cleaned but the upkeep did not match the photos. There were stains all over the carpets. It was dark and dreary. It got really hot upstairs and no way to cool down. We couldn’t check-in until 4pm and our plane landed at 11am and our kids had been up since 3am (most check-ins are around 2 at the latest). The property was pretty rundown and I found the bedding to be kind of mashed together with random blankets. The whole place was a little creepy and my sister and our kids felt unsettled there.

Nice but had a couple of issues

The condo was nice and we had fun! There were a couple of things, though. 1). The dishwasher had a lot of water on the bottom (near the wash spinner), so we were afraid to run it, for fear of flooding the floor. Dishwashers should be completely clear of water after a cycle (my husband is a plumber, but was not with us). 2). A washcloth in the lower floor bathroom was folded up as if clean, but when unfolded, had makeup all over it. 3). The glass sliding door on the main level does not lock. 4). The top floor bathroom toilet runs. So other than that, it was a fun stay! Thank you!

Great Sun Valley Location at a fair price

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Sun Valley Retreat. The complex has a great pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a shuttle service to and from town. We walked out the front door and hiked up the back side of Dollar Mountain, rented e-bikes, and fed carrots to the nearby horses with our granddaughter. We also took advantage of cooking breakfast and dinners in the condo and evenings on the scenic deck with the firepit. This place is multi-level, perfect for a family, multiple amenities, and Sun Valley activities. Great Place!

Amazing Sun Valley Condo

We recently stayed in this beautiful 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Sun Valley, ID. It was outstanding. Perfectly located in Elkhorn village on the golf course, minutes from both Sun Valley village and downtown Ketchum. There are TV's in every room, with access to all the streaming apps you could need. The main floor has a kitchen and dining area, with fireplace, big screen TV, and access to a beautiful wooden deck with fire pit. We loved our time in Sun Valley and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and perfect for families

Great place for our family. We loved the layout. There was a big bedroom upstairs (with a small living room that has a pullout couch which we didn't use), the living room and kitchen is on the middle floor (with a huge deck) and then there were two bedrooms downstairs (one with a queen and the other with two singles)... So we were able to spread out and put our kids downstairs while we stayed upstairs. Once we parked we didn't drive anywhere, it's a two minute walk to the bus so we just ride either into town or to the ski hill.
