L.A. ( name of the house ), 3700 sq foot home is located right off columbia pike Arlington va. Close to amazing experiences such as upscale restaurants, neighborhood bars, and high end shopping centers including. 1 mile from pentagon city mall, 3 miles from the national mall. The home has 1000 mbps blazing fast internet.

L.A. is meant for guest who love natural sunlight and gathering together with friends, family, and coworkers. 6 foot windows surround the entire home and 25 foot ceilings in the living area.

We welcome families, friends, and business travelers with our 1000 mbps Verizon Fios and 12 seat custom dining table.

Hot tub seats 4 comfortably but up to 6 and overlooks city lights

The dining room is located by the entrance on the 2nd floor. Custom made u shaped dining table is big sits 12 and faces a firewood burning fireplace. Firestarter not included. Great for any special occasion or just gathering together with friends and family

2 ovens with one gas powered stove. Keurig coffee machine,
Nutribullet, slow cooker, toaster oven, T-fal titanium pans, air fryer, and fully stocked kitchen ( silverware, cups, glasses, bakeware, paper towels, etc.

This was the perfect place for our stay. We had a large group of family for a funeral at Arlington and it was close and convenient and everyone enjoyed our stay.

Great Place for Family Gathering

We rented for a week while attending a family members memorial service at Arlington National Cemetery. The location is perfect for getting to all the DC attractions and memorials (15 minute max drive). There were little quirks in the house but that didn't affect the quality of our stay and the great memories that family from multiple states made while staying here. We would rent again if we had to stay in the area.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Stay

This is a beautiful, spacious property. We had a wonderful stay. Everything in the house and outside is gorgeous and our whole group had a lovely time. The only complaint is that there is more space / more bedrooms than were specified in the listing and confirmed by the Host, which is a good problem to have, but still slightly frustrating not to know in advance. It also would have been helpful to have more clear and consistent communication regarding check in and check out process, but it was still a smooth process. Thank you so much for having us at your beautiful property! Would definitely come again.

Great property and host

Overall, the house was excellent. It was clean and well furnished. A great place for a larger family gathering. Good communication from the host. Everyone was impressed and pleased. I’d stay there again and would recommend to a friend. I have no complaints, aside from some helicopter noise, but that isn’t anything that you wouldn’t find at any property in that area of DC when the military is flying. Great view of the capital, Air Force memorial and pentagon.

Great place for a big family. Great location too!! Awesome floor plan. The master bedroom and bath is beautiful WOW!! The ping pong table was a hit!! The children nook area was so cool. Our kids loved it. They had so many board games and children books to keep them entertained. A TV in each room was nice too. The jacuzzi was well enjoyed. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and we loved it. Has private parking for two vehicles which was a huge plus. Overall if we are in the DC area again we would definitely stay here.

This house was in a great location for our large family attending a funeral at Arlington. The numerous beds, large dining area, multiple seating options and bathrooms, as well as a large kitchen, meant we all had space to move, eat, and rest. The location itself, while right next to the interstate, was actually very convenient and not as noisy as you might expect. However, the pictures used in the advertisements aren't a completely true version of the home. We found multiple items were broken, worn, or non-existant. I communicated with the owner about the unsafe and worn condition of those items, but have not received a response. There are some cons to consider if you choose this home. While the the esthetics are interesting and modern, there are lots of open stairs without handrails which for some might be challenging. While there is an area upstairs for children, the open stairs and open railings might not be ideal for small children. While there we found these issues (which may be repaired, or not): Small dining area chandelier was hanging only by the cord (we didn't use the table, lamp was so low it impeded use) Master large tub drain would not close so we didn't get to use it. Master bathroom is missing a mirror over one sink. Master bedroom caroet is very stained. Outdoor spa had nasty standing water several inches deep. The outside fenced in area had lots of items just laying around and the fire pit is a rusty mess.

Family gathering to honor Vietnam Veteran

Property was perfect for our family to attend my husband’s burial at Arlington National Cemetery. We had adult children grandchildren, brother in law and sister stay. All enjoyed socializing, playing ping pong and playing board games provided. There are fire TV in just about every room. There was lots of room to spread out and visit and there was a balcony or deck from every bedroom. What a lovely home to celebrate life.

Family stay to attend funeral at Arlington National Cemetery

My family came from all over the US and Canada to attend my father's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. The house is beautiful and was the perfect set up for us. The location was fantastic for the airport, cemetery and sightseeing. Franck was very accomodating and even brought us an iron when we needed it. The only downside is that the house is right next a huge freeway so there was a lot of noise from the cars.

Best Host Ever

After a horrible experience with our original booking that threatened to ruin our weekend trip, Franck went above and beyond to accommodate us. We contacted him the night before we needed to stay due to our first property falling through and he was more than patient, helpful, and polite while helping us sort out our booking. The property is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and comfortable. This will definitely be our first choice when we come back to the area. I can’t say thank you enough!
