1.5 Blocks to Beach/Boardwalk. Ocean views from large deck.

This is 2 individual units rented together under the same roof. There are 2 kitchens (1 for each unit), 2 living areas (1 for each unit), and 2 dining areas (1 for each unit). Plenty of space to be together or spread out!

1ST FLOOR UNIT has 4 Bedroom & 2 Bathrooms, plus Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area. While this property does NOT have an elevator, the first floor unit is PERFECT for those who do not like to do a lot of stairs. There are only 4 steps to get into first floor unit. Once you are in unit, it is flat. 4 Bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 King, and 1 set of twin bunk beds).

The property was gutted and renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchens have modern stainless steel high end appliances and are well stocked with dinnerware for 12. Each kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. It has a nice front porch overlooking Wesley Avenue. Mini split air units.

2nd-3rd Floor has 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, plus Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area. This property is 2 floors. The property was gutted and renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchens have modern stainless steel high end appliances and are well stocked with dinnerware for 12. Each kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. It has a nice front porch overlooking Wesley Avenue and a large rear deck with a direct view of the Ocean City Fishing Club Pier, the Beach, and the Boardwalk. Mini splits / central air. Second floor has 2 bedrooms (Bedroom #1 king bed with private bath and Bedroom #2 queen bed with semi private bath). The Third floor is perfect for the kids. It has Bedroom #3 with 2 twins (unbunked). There is a large bedroom #4 that has 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This room serves as a pass through to bedroom #5. Bedroom #5 with 1 Queen and 2 Twins (unbunked). There are also 2 additional spare twin beds for last minute guests.

Property owner provides beach chairs and beach tags. Guest provide linens (bedsheets and bath towels).

I LOVE OCEAN CITY!! The stress of day to day life just evaporates as you cross the bridge onto the island. The beaches are gorgeous and the people are friendly. It's just good clean fun!!

Why they chose this property

14th and Wesley Ave is the perfect spot on the island! Everything is within walking distance. 1.5 blocks to the beach and board walk. 2 blocks to Asbury Ave (the shopping district). Beautiful view of the Ocean City Fishing Pier (from our deck and balcony).

This property is large and inclusive. There are spaces to be together (large rear deck with views of Ocean City Fishing Pier).
