RAFT OCOEE & Relax in HOT TUB @THIS CABIN Awesome FISHING from this Property.

The Ocoee River is in our backyard with awesome fishing, peaceful scenery, and an abundance of wildlife. This private riverside cabin is located in Copperhill, TN (20 minutes from Blue Ridge GA) known for its whitewater rafting, hiking/biking trails, fishing, and mountain adventure. A short drive from tasteful restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Bring your family and friends to fish from the backyard, relax in the hot tub, play a game of pool, have dinner on the outdoor grill, and let your worries slip away while relaxing on the screened-in porch. We are located on private property which allows us to have a quiet and cozy spot to relax and unwind while exploring the local mountain towns.

We have a large fully equipped kitchen with the capability of producing a full meal for the entire family. Please communicate any suggestions or anything that may be needed that is not already provided and we will try our best to accommodate. We provide stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, oils, spices, condiments, etc.

The main living area is located on the middle floor of the cabin which requires the use of stairs. The main living area is open concept with a living room, kitchen, dining table, and wood-burning heater. The king suite is located off of the living room as seen in pictures with a TV and a full private bathroom. This floor also features a sofa bed (white & blue floral sofa), laundry room, half bathroom, and dog room. The dog room includes a large crate, bedding, food bowls, and blankets. The dog room opens up to a fenced-in area around the cabin.

The third floor is a loft concept living space with a king bed and sitting area. Located off of the loft area is a full bathroom with a large shower, and double sink vanity with the toilet separated by a door. Located on the opposite side of the loft area is a queen bedroom with a TV, a lounge chair, and a desk to work or read a book. Located off of the queen bedroom is the bunkroom - please see the pictures to see how the bunkroom is located off of the queen bedroom.

The bottom level floor offers a pool table, a foosball table that turns into an air hockey table, a table with chairs, wood burning heater, cornhole boards, fishing rods, and various other outdoor toys/equipment. We have DVD players, puzzles, various family-friendly cards, and board games. Walk out of the game room into the backyard to find a new, large hot tub and fire pit.

The back screened-in porch includes a large BBQ grill, two dining tables, multiple comfy chairs, and gliding chairs.

Excellent location - Cozy cabin and very private property but still super accessible to the near by restaurants, white water rafting, tubing and fishing spots - less than 5 - 10 minute drive. It’s was nice being right on the river but it was over grown at the waterfront - fine if you have waders on and older kiddos but would be hard to navigate with kids under 10. Great host with lots of little extras.

Great experience and thoroughly enjoyed the space afforded by this well situated property which offers close proximity to local attractions while offering the seclusion we look for in our vacations. Out host not only quickly responds to any questions or concerns but took quick action to remedy any issues that arose. Bonus is the private river access only a short walk from the house.

We had a great stay at this cabin. So many things for the kids and adults to do. Slept 8 comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked and great to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The only downside was a lack of window coverings in the bedrooms but if you’re an early riser, no worries. I highly recommend the property!

Fantastic Getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay, the owners have tried to provide just about anything a guest could possibly need during their stay. In addition, the communication was first class and always helpful. The river was great fun for floating and exploring and the fishing was also enjoyable. It was a great getaway and no one wanted to leave - we'll definitely be back.

Perfect river house

This place was perfect for our group of a few adults, some kids and dogs. Having the little dog room and fenced in area was amazing. Kids loved being so close to the river. We enjoyed being so secluded at the end of the dirt road yet only 5 minutes from town. We plan to come back when the weather is warmer.

The perfect vacation

This property was the perfect home away from home for my family and 2 pups. Immaculately clean, well stocked for any need, pups loved the gated area for them to run around. Hot tub and the fire pit were really nice to use on those cold days. We were close to downtown blue ridge and all the restaurants in the town close by were so good! The host was very sweet and just a text away. I couldn’t have been happier!

Why they chose this property

This is a cabin that was built with love & care for a couple in their retirement. They where able to make their dreams come true here for over 10 yrs. Unfortunately they passed & it was listed for sale. Our family inherited some property we where selling. When that property sold I was able trade it for this amazing cabin that I prayed over for several months. The closing was delayed. I was sure it would sell before our closing. When I felt sure we where close I made an offer because it had 3 lots listed originally & higher than I could afford. We where able to come to agreement on 2 lots & cabin. They had just sold the the 3rd lot.
For about 30 yrs it has been a dream of mine to have a cabin on the Ocoee River or Parksville Lake. This is about a hr from where I was born & lived most of my life.
We have much to praise Jesus for & be thankful that we can provide a place for families & friends to come for a respite by renting it using online plat forms. This is a place to bond, have fun, make lifelong memories that will sustain them in stressful busy times.

What makes this property unique

Private~Quite~END OF THE ROAD PROPERTY on the calmer part of Ocoee River. It is very rare to see anyone else in the river it is wooded all the way around. At this time there are 5 cabins on our road. You should hear and see different wild life.
Large kitchen 3~5 people could work in together comfortably. Also a large gas grill & outdoor eating area in screened porch just off dining room & kitchen.
