The fully furnished, newly renovated apartment is centrally located. A bakery is in the immediate vicinity as well as dining restaurants with beer gardens. The nearest supermarket, the university clinic and the university campus as well as the city center can be easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Bus stops are only 1 minute away. We offer guests free parking. From the roof terrace you have a great view far over the Leinetal with spectacular sunsets.

A nice home away from home

We were visiting family in Göttingen for three weeks and this was a wonderful home base for us. A beautiful apartment with lots of light and living space.

Great stay

Beautiful apartment, very high standard in terms of cleanliness. Accommodation very comfortable with very well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Owner very communicative and very helpful. I am sure we will be back for a return visit.

A Place with a View

We enjoyed our stay in Goettingen very much. Thomas is a great host, and his large, sunny apartment is very clean, well stocked, and nicely furnished. The view from the third floor is beautiful as well.

Wonderful Göttingen Apartment

We loved our stay in this bright, spacious, quiet, clean apartment. We were near two bus stations but also walked to town easily; we also enjoyed the easy access to the trails in the woods right behind us. I wish I could come every summer!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in Göttingen. Die Wohnnug liegt nah genug am Zentrum, um dies fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Bäcker (2min) und einen Edeka (10min) in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche haben wir alles vorgefunden was man normalerweise braucht. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende!

Auf den Punkt

Drei Freundinnen... eine aus dem hohen Norden, eine aus dem tiefen Westen und eine ganz aus dem Süden... suchten nach einem Ort in der Mitte von Deutschland für ein Wiedersehen. Die Wahl fiel auf Göttingen und die Ferienwohnung von Herrn Fricke. Hoch oben, mit fantastischem Blick, tront dieses Schmuckstück von Wohnung, in das wir ganz verliebt gewesen sind. Echtes Holz, Leder, Chrom, griffige Stoffe, gut gewälte Bilder und Designerstücke (wow, die Lampen!). Dazu, liebevoll an alles gedacht. Frische Blumen bei unserer Ankunft, ein Fön, der was kann, Qualität und Ausstattung in der Küche, im Bad, im Wohnzimmer...einfach überall sehr praktisch und umfassend eingerichtet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Ein Bäcker, für die Frühstücksbrötchen, ist in Sichtweite und die Stadt (mit viel Fachwerk, Kirchen, Geschäften, Kneipen, Restaurants, tollem Kaffeehaus, Gänselieslbrunnen-Wahrzeichen),das Theater, der Botanische Garten u.v.m. ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Göttingen hat uns gefallen und die Wohnung ist spitze! Vielen Dank

Weihnachtsmarkt/Doppelkopfrunde

Wir haben den Weihnachtmarkt in Göttingen besucht, einen Ausflug nach Hann. Münden gemacht. Beides sind sehr interessante Städte. Die Wohnung ist schön und funktional. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Städtereise im Herbst

Wir haben im Oktober 6 Tage in dieser hellen und großzügigen Wohnung verbracht, um unseren studierenden Sohn zu besuchen. Die Lage an einer der größeren Straßen Göttingens war bei geschlossenen Fenstern für das Schlafen kein Problem. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt in 15-20 Minuten. Die gemütlichen Räume sind wunderbar groß und bieten viel Stauraum für Gepäck. Die Dachterrasse ist im Sommer wahrscheinlich ein toller Platz, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft bei Fragen und kleinen Problemen hat uns sehr gefreut. Es war rundum eine sehr schöne Zeit in Göttingen. Wir würden diese Wohnung in jedem Fall gerne wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank sagt Familie Springer !

schöne Aussichten

Die Wohnung ist fast perfekt, wenige Minuspunkte ergeben sich daraus, wenn man im Sommer bei offenem Fenster schläft. Dann hört man den Verkehr - sofern man dies nicht gewöhnt ist.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer großen Balkonterrasse.

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung und der Stile der Wohnung waren gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Küche war mit allen gut bestückt. Das Badezimmer war groß und hell. Die Lage und der Ausblick ins Tal war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prima FeWo mit allem, was man braucht

Göttingen ist eine schöne, lebendige Destination im Grünen. Die FeWo liegt nach einem annehmbaren Fußweg nicht weit von der Altstadt. Der Eigentümer der FeWo ist äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Nah zur Innenstadt und trotzdem im Grünen. Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, ansprechendes modernes Bad. Perfekte Küche. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick vor allem, wenn die Sonne untergeht. Freundliche Vermieter, mit denen die Kommunikation gut klappte.
