2 room granny apartment in quiet location Göttingen

Our approximately 40-square-meter basement apartment is located in a quiet single-family home in the Weende-Nord neighborhood of Göttingen, with parking available right next to the house. We use the same main entrance, but your apartment, of course, has its own front door.
However, since we live in the same house, we’d prefer a quiet, non-smoking tenant.
The apartment is on the outskirts of town, about 5 km from downtown Göttingen. The city bus stops right outside our front door. The hospital and the university are easily accessible. Long-term rentals are also possible.

There’s a well-stocked supermarket and a bakery nearby that are even open on Sundays.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and plenty of dishes, pots, cleaning supplies, etc. There’s also a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, as well as a small dining area with free coffee and tea.

In the living room, you’ll find a large, modern closet with plenty of hangers, plenty of towels and bedding, as well as an additional dresser. The internet is fast and reliable, as our tenants have confirmed.
In addition to the cozy corner sofa, you can also use a separate workspace.

In the bedroom, a new, comfortable double bed (160x200) with two new mattresses awaits you.

All windows have roller shutters to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom features a large shower and a window. Plenty of towels, soap, and other amenities are provided. There’s also a washing machine, a drying rack, and ironing supplies.

TV is available via Magenta TV in Full HD quality.

Longer stays are possible, and weekend guests are also welcome.
