The apartment is located in a central and near the beach location in the seaside resort Bansin. Only a few steps away to the sandy Baltic Sea beach (about 200 m) and the nearby Schloonsee. The beach promenade invites with its restaurants and cafes to linger. The center of Bansin with shopping (u. A. Supermarkets with bakery & butcher stand) can be reached in a few minutes. Very close to the sprawling beech forest, the leaves nothing to be desired for hikers and cyclists begins. A parking space is available free of charge. A travel cot (up to 3 years) is available for free. Bicycle storage in the house. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are for common use in the house. Guests of the apartment have free Wi-Fi. - No pets allowed. -

FW 01:
Modern 2-room non-smoking apartment in maritime style (about 32 square meters) on the ground floor with terrace and seating. The living room has a fold-out couch (lying area 1.20 x 1.90 m), coffee table, cable TV, radio with CD player, DVD player and a kitchenette with 4 plate induction cooker, oven, sink, fridge freezer , Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc. and a dining table with 3 chairs. Bathroom with shower (shallow entry), toilet, hair dryer and vanity mirror. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. From here you can also reach the terrace (N / O page). Two mini / folding bicycles are available free of charge for guests (not part of the rental price, bonus service of the landlord, use at your own risk). The rental laundry (please pre-order with the key administrator). The rental linen packages cost 10, - € per person, the initial equipment.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung liegt Nahe am Strand und im Zentrum von Bansin. Einrichtung und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Toll auch die beiden Fahrräder.
