With its rear location adjacent to the beech forest, this apartment—freshly renovated and newly furnished in fall 2020—is very quiet within the building, blending its central location, tasteful ambiance, and comfortable layout into a cosy holiday home of a special kind —simply a delight!



This cosy holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the stylish Villa Frisia. Spanning 38 square metres, this apartment—located close to city centre—features a living/dining room, a kitchenette renovated in the spring of 2026 with high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, an espresso machine, and authentic hardwood floors.
A separate bedroom is sure to help you relax during your holiday. The sleeper sofa accommodates the 3rd and 4th guests. For your entertainment, there are 2 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system with Bluetooth and an USB port. A stylish electric fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and will quickly warm you up after a walk on cold winter days.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower.
On the balcony facing the forest, you can relax and wind down at the end of the day.



A parking space is available for your use. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.
