As this condo is located in the downtown core of of a busy city, on the weekends there will be some noise from neighboring restaurants city traffic. When all windows and doors are closed, the condo is very quiet.

This building was originally built in 1987 for the Ministry of Forests Service and was revitalized into a condo building only 5 years ago in 2017. It was then completely renovated in 2021 with premium fixtures and finishes throughout, heated floors featured in all bathrooms.
