Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the pool heating and the BBQ during your stay. Since your visit, the property has come under new ownership, and these concerns have been addressed. The pool heating system and BBQ have been inspected, and corrective measures have been taken to improve the guest experience and ensure the home is properly maintained. Your feedback has helped us make important improvements for future guests.

Hi Katie, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet our standards and we’re grateful for the feedback! As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. This makes us all the more keen to make sure this gets resolved and doesn’t happen again. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future! Many thanks!

Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall. Regarding the kitchen, we do not provide condiments or cooking essentials due to health and safety considerations. Guests are welcome to bring their own supplies. For the pool and spa, we require at least 3 days’ notice to heat the pool, as it takes time to reach a comfortable temperature. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time, as there is only one heater; you would need to select either the pool or the spa to heat. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.

Hi Ryan, We're delighted to know that the property met your expectations and comfortably accommodated your group. It's great that you enjoyed the outdoor amenities especially with the safety feature of the full fence around the pool. We look forward to hosting you again in the future! Many thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and that it provided plenty of room for your family. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the pool heating fee. We aim to ensure all costs are clearly outlined in the listing and pre-stay communication. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll review how this information is presented to make sure it’s clearer for future guests. We truly appreciate your honesty and hope we can have the opportunity to provide a better experience for you in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the pool heating and hot tub. These details are outlined in our house rules, and instructions to ensure all amenities and their operation are clearly communicated to our guests. Your input is very helpful as we continue to improve the guest experience.

Thank you Brian, Thank you for your good review regarding property. Glad you like the place. We would love to have you again on your next visit.
