Comfortable beds and top of the line linens for a good nights sleep. Custom kitchen with breakfast island and well stocked kitchen to prepare large meals. Kitchen area opens to main living area with plenty of seating for all and a big screen tv and fireplace. Escape down to the game room for family fun and get in a game of pool or poker. Arcade machine with over 10 different vintage games and TV are also here for endless entertainment.

There is two master bedrooms in home One master downstairs with plenty of room and luxurious ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and tiled shower. Downstairs bedroom also has access to outdoor seating area.
Master bedroom retreat upstairs with private patio makes for a great escape within the home to relax. Guest bedrooms are available upstairs and downstairs to accommodate the entire group.

Guests have entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces in the house .

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! This property is not for large out of control parties and anyone not respecting the neighbors will be asked to leave. We always want our guests to have fun but always remember that this a residential neighborhood and neighbors have to be respected . We just expect you treat it as your own home.

Absolutely no smoking in home. $1000 fine for any signs of smoking in property.

Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day of $400 per week. If you want pool heating please notify management staff at least 72 hours in advance to allow time to heat for check in.
