Ocean front top floor condo with panoramic views. Sleeps 7. Two balconies with views towards Monterey/Carmel and Santa Cruz. Sunrise and sunset! Full kitchen, all Bosch appliances, high end furnishings. We provide wine, beer, liquor, mixers in our full bar. You won't find a better condo at Seascapes.

Why they chose this property

Aptos is an excellent location in South Santa Cruz County. Seascape is very peaceful, and we love falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

What makes this property unique

Our place is very high-end, not your typical beach vacation rental. Everything is very well kept up, we offer a full bar with all types of beverages. Shampoo and conditioners from France, high quality sheets and towels.
