Great house. Clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family! Very short walk to the beach. Not much beach at high tide, but low tide offers great tidal pools which are prefect for the younger ones. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

We had a lovely stay at this property one house back from the beach. We wanted a peaceful time on the beach visiting our son at camp lejeune and it really fit the bill. Being able to bring our dogs was an added bonus. The property was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The check in/out process was very easy.

Short walk to the beach

The beach is a short walk away, about 5 houses down. The home is located in the deep part of N Topsail, which makes it very convenient to visit the north point of the island. The views from the second floor were lovely and each morning awoke to beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed the home and the convenience to Sneads Ferry and Surf City.

Relaxing Stay

This was a very relaxing stay. The property manager Bob was very nice and helpful. The location was directly across from beach with a good view of the ocean from the top balcony which is right off the kitchen, living room and dining room. The public beach access is just a short walk. The home was very clean, and the linen service was very convenient. There's a nice fenced in area for the pets out back. The gas grill was very clean. The outdoor shower is a great way to keep sand out of the house. All the balcony areas were the best part. The ocean breeze and sitting and relaxing made this trip worthwhile for the entire family.

Clean up process a downer

Property was great! Having to make your own bed might be okay cause the sheets were rough. Before you leave clean and put up dishes, I mean really. Bring your own TP, paper towels, and kitchen towels. Child gate is broken and beach umbrella and toys stolen. However, Property manager is a gem!

Beautiful home

I just recently finished a stay with several friends. The house is beautiful and the location is a short walk away from a public beach access. I really enjoyed the location and I would consider staying here again.

Amazing new house that is pet friendly!

When we were looking for a place it was tough to find property that was newer that allowed pets. The owner let me stay even though there was still some fine tuning being done on the new house. We were the first guests to stay. This property was Fantastic! The property manager met us at the house with the keys and personally showed us around. The house has great ocean views and views of the sound from the decks on three sides. You can see, hear, feel and smell the ocean. The home has a huge yard that was great for the dogs. The yard wasn't fenced in yet, but the manager told me that was scheduled to be done within the next month. A convenient beach access was just a few houses down the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
