We have stayed at the oceanfront home, Sunrise Sands on at least four occasions over the past several years and have never been disappointed. This vacation rental property has everything that you could want in a vacation rental property. We thoroughly enjoy our vacation time at Sunrise Sands and highly recommend this vacation rental.

The dryer did not work...which was unfortunate because we couldnt wash the ONE towel that was provided per person.... But then there was the pool not working...which was one of the reasons we rented the place. And we came to learn that it hadnt been working for two weeks prior to our vacation. This would have been good to know and we feel like a little heads up would have been appropriate. Also, an opportunity to find another place or even a discount offered. Three VERY unhappy children and parents. We had fun but we always have fun with family despite some failings.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay at Sunrise Sands. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you faced, especially with the pool and dryer. The pool did have a pipe burst shortly before your arrival, and although the HOA was working on repairs, it wasn’t ready in time for your stay. I agree completely that we should have communicated this earlier. When you brought the dryer issue to our attention two days before your checkout, we did offer alternative options at that time, and I regret we couldn’t resolve it faster. Since then, we have installed a brand-new washer and dryer just two days ago. The pool has also been fully repaired and reopened as of last Tuesday. I sincerely apologize for these disruptions. We truly value your experience and hope to make it right. Please feel free to contact me directly so we can discuss a resolution.

Our stay at Sunrise Sands was absolutely perfect. The home is right on the beach and has the most stunning sunrise views! The convenience in having the beach right behind us was incredible especially with all the kids. We loved having beach chairs and toys already provided—it made our days by the water effortless.The house itself is truly luxury living at the beach. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it’s stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for. We loved the Octopus light! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sunrise Sands exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The perfect vacation home!. My family and I had the privilege to stay at Sunrise Sands NC, and we absolutely loved our time on North Topsail Beach. The house was perfect in every aspect. Everything was super clean and ready for us upon check-in. The view from all 3 decks and the kitchen is gorgeous. The kitchen had been remodeled since our last stay and looks amazing, with additional storage and a bar area perfect for vacation!. The house provided beach chairs and a variety of water and sand toys which we utilized everyday. Since the house is right on the beach, we didn't have to worry about lugging too much with us, which was so convenient. The beach also isn't crowded like many other places we've visited. My family loved coming back in the evening time and using the hot tub to wind down from the busy day. Everything was perfect. This was our fourth time staying at this home and every experience has been amazing. I would definitely recommend staying at this property, first class experience all the way around every time!
