About this property

Waterfront Oasis with Dock, Boating* & Many Extras

Expansive waterfront views on a channel abundant in wildlife. Enjoy dolphins & many other sea creatures and birds daily without having to look at any homes across the canal. Fully remodeled, spacious bathrooms, high-end appointments throughout. You are renting a 2BR/2BA first level guest apartment in a home. Goodland is located on the southeast portion of Marco Island. You can ride the provided golf cart to 4 restaurants on the island. It is 3 miles to the Publix, Walgreens & gas station and 5 miles to the beach. Bikes, beach chairs, cooler, kayak, golf cart and fishing rods provided. There is a dock and a boat lift available if you are bringing your boat (please contact us directly with questions. It will be included now for your personal use but there will be a fee for dock rental in the future). We will provide a half day boat outing to the famous dome homes for every monthly rental with a licensed captain. All bed and bath linens are white and your oasis will be fully sanitized. A Nesspresso machine is provided and you can place an order for pods ahead of time (samples will be provided). Your kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, air fryer, blender, pots/pans, etc.. as is the apartment (please inquire about any specific items or for an inventory list). Please feel free to make any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. For your comfort you have 3 smart tv's, smart bulbs in living room, smart thermostat, Alexa, washer/dryer, desk/work station, coffee/tea bar, bolted safe with your personal combination, luxury linens and pillows, games, etc.. Come, kick back, relax and enjoy the serene views and fall in love with our slice of paradise. *Adding golf course grass to yard & finishing kitchen remodel prior to available date.

We located to Marco Island / Goodland in 2015 from the Caribbean. We wanted to be back on the mainland to be close to aging parents and college aged kids. We chose this area for its beauty, safety and tranquility. We lived on Marco Island in Olde Marco first but noticed that from my kitchen I could see at least 4 other families across the canal if their curtains were opened. We went in search for a view and privacy and were fortunate enough to find this gem. We fully remodeled the mother-in-law apartment and are renting it seasonally. We'd love to find a wonderful couple that would love to enjoy this slice of paradise as much as we do and stay for a few months in the winter but are opened to considering requests. I am flexible and available should you need my assistance at any time or if you have any special requests.

Why they chose this property

Located at the end of a private road and you don't see in to anyone's home & vice versa. I see dolphins on a daily basis multiple times a day. We have seen manatees, sting rays, sharks, iguanas, pelicans, ospreys and many other birds. The fishing is perfect in this channel and we do have a snook light if you enjoy fishing.

What makes this property unique

We will provide access to golf cart, kayak, bikes and will include a 4 hour boat ride to the dome homes for every monthly rental.
