A stylish, brand new island home perfect for vacationing with your own PRIVATE HEATED POOL! The West Hilo Home sleeps 8 and is within 3 blocks of local restaurants that feature dining on the water in sunny Isles of Capri. Enjoy laid back island life- including kayaking, boating, fishing and jet skiing just minutes away. Neighboring Marco Island is less than 10 minutes by car and famous for their powder white sand beaches. Or relax at home grilling by the pool while the sun sets.

The West Hilo Home is located in Isles of Capri, Florida right next to Marco Island. This home is 1600 square feet and features an open concept design with high ceilings, quartz countertops and contemporary wood tile throughout the entire home. Master bedroom offers a king size bed with a Beautyrest Platinum hybrid mattress for a blissful night s rest. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a Beautyrest Silver edition mattress and the third bedroom features two upgraded twin beds. Each bedroom has black out curtains for those that want to sleep in a little later. The sofa pulls out into a queen sized bed for additional guests. The pendant lights in the kitchen have Edison bulbs on a dimmer, great for mood lighting while having dinner or watching a movie. An LED light located in the pool features changing colors that add to a relaxing evening swim.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and came with everything we needed (including 2 pack and plays with a changing table and an even a high chair)! It was our first trip with our baby, so being in a clean house where she could crawl around and explore was perfect. Plus the warm, well maintained pool was unbeatable. The location was great- a quiet, walkable neighborhood that was a 15 minute drive from endless restaurants/shops/beaches. Finally, the host was super attentive, answering any questions we had before our stay in a very timely manner. Would definitely return here for another trip!

Perfect island give away

I traveled with my family and my in laws. 4 adults 2 children. We had plenty of room and the pool was perfect. Great location close to shopping and dining. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place close to the ocean. I can’t wait to get back down to South Florida.

We absolutely loved this house it fit our needs perfectly. So happy the pool was heated as we went down during the cold spell so we were still able to use it. Being from out of town it was nice to see the location was very well stocked with supplies. Thanks again would rent from again.

The Perfect Family Get Away

This property is a hidden gem tucked away in the beautiful Isle of Capri. A short drive to everything we could have possibly wanted to do! We had our whole family with us there, including a 3 year old and a 6 month old. The property had everything we could have possibly needed for our children and the pool was just amazing. We lived in luxury and cannot wait to stay here again.

The house is in a great location, perfect for a family travelling with kids of all ages with beach chairs, toys, etc. The house is stocked with essentials and super nice! Quiet neighborhood. Only issue we had was an often overlooked safety feature....outdated smoke alarms. 1 expired or malfunctioned during our stay amd naturally at 1:40am. Not knowing what the issue was and not being able tonreach the alarm we had to call the FD. Thankfully we were all safe, and iur 7nday stay was overall A

Thank Greg for letting me know about the smoke alarms. The alarm was replaced and for your information the smoke detector was not out of date. The smoke detectors have a lifespan of 10 years and was manufactured and installed in 2017.
